Is "lifetime license for 1 windows 10 pc" mean if i change my pc i would not be ableto install it again, or it is connected to my microsoft account?

As part of the activation process, you are asked to create an account. If you change your PC, installing OfficeSuite on your new device and logging in with your account will unlock Premium functionality. Feel free to contact our support if you are experiencing problems.

Will I be mailed a keycard?

Yes - this product mails a keycard. You download the product from officesuite.com and use the key to activate it.

Does this mean I have to have Office installed (compatible with...)?

This is like office. It provides the same applications that Microsoft Office provides, and is compatible. Ex. If you create a word document using OfficeSuite and email it to someone who has Microsoft Office, they will be able to open your document, etc.

Can it be used with Google chrome OS?

OfficeSuite Home & Business 2020 is only available for Windows operated devices. OfficeSuite Personal, however, is a license which allows use on 3 devices - 1 Windows and 2 mobile (Android and/or iOS) which means that you can use it on Chromebook.
