Sweat Smart Waist Trimmer does provide back support but is not intended for this use. The Sweat Smart Waist Trimmer is not a corset nor does it function like a corset. Please do not wear over any open wounds, or if you're susceptible to dermatitis or allergic to Neoprene. Do not wear for more than 2 hours as Neoprene is designed to be worn for only short periods of time. Do not wear while sleeping. If you develop a rash discontinue use immediately. New Neoprene often has something similar to a "wetsuit smell". Don't worry, this will dissipate over a short time by washing and normal exposure to air.

Comparable to sweet sweat!
Bought this thinking it was the sweet sweat waist trimmer and was so mad to realize it wasn’t. I used it for a 10 min incline walk, 15 min interval sprint, 10 min stair master. I’m not one to sweat a lot when I work out i just never really do even when I’m training very hard. When I tell you the sweat literally pored off of me when I removed the waist trimmer I am not joking!!! This was insane! My friend has a sweet sweat waist trimmer and the material and effectiveness is exactly the same.

The fabric is awesome, you do not feel the wet feeling
I love my new waist trimmer, I have used it for a few days and it is perfect for me. I bought small size I’m 5’0 ft 108 lb .

It works
I Already have a workout waist trainer but this one seems to work better in making me sweat in my mid section with using the sweet sweat stick as well. In love already

Velcro malfunction
The band’s Velcro will not stick together. It keeps slipping off. I would like a new band.

Completely useless
This is the most irrelevant piece of material I’ve ever seen. It provides no support, has no structure and barely covers the midsection.
