When the brand of Vadouvan curry spice blend I'd been using for years sadly went out of business, I was worried that my family's favorite meal - salmon roasted under a generous coating of curry - was also off the market. Happily Epicureal's version came along to fill the gap in my weekly menu planning! It's delicious - rich and flavorful.

I sometimes mix it with breadcrumbs and cook chicken breast with a crust. It goes well with a bunch of things.

Great tasting curry spice
We were introduced to this spice through a recipe. It's not very spicy as some curries go. It's more subtle, and really adds great flavour to the dish. Very happy with this product! It’s the second time ordering it.
