I enjoyed these headphones at first but now they have failed after 2 years. They do not work and Padmate have been terrible with their customer service, sticking to their 1 year warranty only stance and cheekily saying I can get a good discount on a new paid. Avoid like the plague.

I have ordered two pairs of these and on both occasions I had to ask for a replacement as they just didn’t charge. The first time I got a replacement but the second time they have just stopped talking to me. I’m now down £70+ and not happy. Be very wary when dealing with this company.

If i could give lower i would. Please please please do not buy these earbuds. Mine worked well for a few weeks but then started to disconnect themselves evertime i used them. I tried contacting support and when i finally recieved a reply they would not take responsibility for their faulty product and will not offer a refund or replacement (i even offered to send them back)

These are truly awful. There are lots of reviews out there of a dubious source so I thought I’d add another one. I ordered my pamu slides via Indiegogo and after a fairly long wait, they turned up in July 2019. The fit is okay. They are comfy and the sound is okay, but they are not a fit that will never fall out. In fact, they fall out quite a bit, irrespective of which interchangeable tips I use. However, after 2-3 weeks, one ear, which had kept cutting out every so often, failed completely. This was when I then went and looked online to discover thousands (yes, not hundreds, thousands) of similar reviews. I contacted padmate in august to get the faulty earpiece replaced or repaired. I contacted them again in September, October and November. Finally, sick of the total lack of response, I started posting comments on their Facebook page about when would they contact me to replace them. Finally they got in touch, and after several tortuous emails where they repeatedly asked me to reset them and then video me doing so, they agreed to replace them.... so long as I still had the cardboard box with the serial number... cos it’s not on the unit itself. Luckily I did. So they replaced them. I suppose I should be grateful, but at this point I wondered what I would get. Firstly, I was told I’d have to wait several weeks for them to send the replacements out, because they had to ship new ones to new customers first!!!! But I did get the replacements, in January 2020, a while 6 months later, after first reporting the fault in august 2019. And guess what... the replacements were faulty!!! I guess I am just lucky, in that the original pair had a faulty right ear, and they replacements have a faulty left ear (for now... I suspect in a few weeks the right ear will die as well). I managed to pair the two non-faulty earpieces together, so now I have a working headset Sound quality is okay (similar to apple plug in earbuds that came with the phone) for is still poor, confidence they will still work in a months time is low, and customer service.... the worst I have ever experienced. I’d avoid these like the plague. I paid £50 for mine through the Indiegogo campaign and I think that was a rip-off. At the price they are now going for, go get some apple AirPods or amazon echo buds or anything else. To be honest any earbuds would be better than these!!!

Habe mir die Kopfhörer, nach langer Recherche über die verschiedensten TWS Headsets, jetzt geholt. Habe diese jetzt schon einige Tage im gebrauch und kann somit ein erstes objektives Feed-Back zu den PaMu Slides abgeben. Lieferung: Problemlos da direkt via Amazon versendet und somit schnell bekommen. Verpackung: Macht auf den ersten Blick einen tollen Eindruck, der sich beim Unboxing auch bestätigte. Hat mich an meine ersten Beats by Dr. Dre erinnert. Alle relevanten Informationen auf der Verpackung und eine wertige Box in dem alles schön übersichtlich eingeräumt war. Inbetriebnahme: Kopfhörer raus aus dem Inlay, rein in die Ladeschale und kurzer Blick auf die Ladestandsanzeige. Okay und los geht es Bluetooth am Handy an, Kopfhörer raus und sofort waren die im BT Menü von meine. Huawei Mate 20 Pro zu sehen. Koppeln bestätigen und quittiert mit einem paring zu connected wären sie auch schon betriebsbereit. Ein bißchen irritierend ist das der Linke Anschein der Master ist und somit nur funktioniert wenn der aus der Ladeschale entnommen ist. Mich stört es nicht da ich Sie immer als Paar benutze. Funktionen: Umfangreich. Nicht nur das es die Möglichkeit gibt Telefonanrufe anzunehmen und die Medien mit einem einfachen Druck anzunehmen/starten sondern auch Laut und Leise zu stellen überzeugt mich. Gerade beim Sport und beim spazieren mit dem Hund finde ich es super nicht immer am Handy direkt hantieren zu müssen. Audioausgabe: Gut bis sehr gut. Ich persönlich bin vollstes zufrieden mit der Audio Ausgabe und finde die Qualität sehr überzeugend. Telefonie: Nix zu beanstanden. Alles soweit gut Akku: vollstenst zufrieden. Habe die bis dato noch nicht leer bekommen. Durchschnittliche Hördauer ca 1 1/2 Stunden. Hördauer Max 4 Stunden am Stück. Ladeschale Erst einmal geladen. Tragekomfort: Hoch. Durch 6 verschiedene Ohranpassung das richtige gefunden und ich finde Sie sehr angenehem. Durch den guten Sitz der Kopfhörer wird allerdings die Umgebungsgeräusche sehr gedämmt. Umso wichtiger ist es die Augen offen zu halten. Fazit: Für mich wie gesagt sehr gute InEar TWS Kopfhörer die den Kabelgebunden InEar von Beats im nix nächsten und ich werde hier jetzt endgültig zu Kabellosen Kopfhörern wechseln.

Creo que la calidad de sonido no está acorde con su precio. Se podría compensar esta carencia con la libertad de uso de este tipo de auriculares, pero el gran volumen de su caja no contribuye a esta versatilidad, es decir, que no es cómodo de llevar en el bolsillo de un vaquero. Por lo demás, cumple con lo que dice la publicidad. Se empareja bien, se desconecta y para la música al quitártelo de un oído. Los mandos táctiles funcionan correctamente.
