⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great espresso machine.
Compact, easy to use, and makes excellent espresso every time. Heats up fast and works perfectly with Nespresso capsules. Great value for the price.

Makes Good Espresso
This is the second Mixpresso I’ve purchased. I bought the first one (red) and liked it so much I bought a second Mixpresso (black) for our lake home Both machines came very well packaged. Definitely not frustration-free packing bit it certainly did the job. The set up was quick and easy for the first machine. No issues whatsoever, even for a novice. The one I bought for our lake house was a bit of an issue. It’s an old lake cabin and has only two prong outlets. So it required a three prong adapter (we have proper grounding) and we plan on upgrading to a proper three prong outlet soon. That glitch isn’t Mixpresso’s fault but be advised, it does require a three prong outlet. I haven’t had any issues with the machine properly accepting a variety of Nespresso capsules . They all have loaded properly first try and delivered good espresso. I would say that the black model seems to drip, drip, drip longer than the red. I’m patient. The black model seems a bit quieter than the red but that could be a matter of different kitchen acoustics. All in all, it’s no louder than other machines I’ve heard. It’s easy to clean. The water canister is a bit fiddly to fill and set but I solved that annoyance by bringing the water to the canister. Much easier. Although I can’t speak to longevity, no issues thus far and I consider it a good bargain.

Updated failed in 3 months
Update- avoid - poorly manufactured. After 3 months it failed miserably. Good luck trying to get someone to honor the warranty. There is no website, only found a phone number, and left a message that no one will probably ever answer. There is a plastic cheaply made piece (as shown in my photo) thats fractured- now all of the grounds come through. This piece should have been made either of metal of a better plastic. Avoid, spend a little more and get something better! Ok many of the reviews here are not accurate, or missing details. I just purchased this for my wife's office, so I can't comment on durability at this time, but set-up was pretty straight forward. Keep in mind there is a removable section where the cup goes, so it can accommodate a standard 8oz Styrofoam (8C8 wincup in particular) coffee cup with that section removed. It makes 2 size portions the small portion is like a standard espresso shot while the large portion is like a mini americano (they call it a lungo) maybe about 5oz? You can also press the espresso button multiple times without changing the pod- so this is cool especially if you want maybe a double shot of espresso, but don't mind if it's a little more dilute, but you don't want it as dilute as a lungo. It heats up very fast. It is very loud- so in some office environments it could be a problem. Cord is short so depending on how far away your outlet it you may need an extension. It also does NOT come with any pods, I thought when I purchased this it mentioned that it had like a starter pack of pods- but maybe it was a promotion that I had to do separately and forgot to do- because I do see that separate promotion now, so don't forget to do that to get some free pods if you purchase this. My only con at this point is I wish it wasn't quite as loud, and I am worried about its durability based on other reviews, but I'll try and remember to update in a year regarding this.

Perfect for the office and coffee lovers
I bought this Mixpresso coffee machine for my office and I love it! It’s elegant, compact, and very easy to use. It makes coffee quickly with a rich aroma — perfect to start the day or enjoy during a work break. The white design gives a modern touch to the space. Everyone at the office enjoys it. Great purchase, highly recommended

Good but loud
I've had one of these for more than 5 years and it is still holding up. Bought this one for the office. This one seems much louder than the one at home, but worth the money. These can get pretty expensive.

Tested my patience but I like it
Had some issues and had to make two returns. It makes good espresso when it arrives working. I have a red one for my house and a white one for my camper. I have extended warranty just in case. It makes tasty espresso drinks. Yum.

Updated Review….7 Months Later…
Updated: Went from 5 stars to 1, bought it July 1, 2021 worked great till today, February 19, 2022. After brewing a double shot it quit working. Won’t turn on. I unplugged it and let it sit for a bit then plugged back in, it came back on and I was able to use it again. But the next day after pulling another double shot it shut off again. Fuse is not being blown so we know it’s the machine. Only 7 months old. Very disappointed. I cleaned it every month and we only use Berkey water. Didn’t matter. It’s dead. I contacted customer service since it’s still within the 1 yr manufacturer warranty. Hoping they will help and make it right. Original review: Took a chance on this Nespresso knock-off. Read the reviews and decided to roll the dice, didn’t want to pay over $100 for the brand name. We did not get one that was used like some people did. It works great! No issues so far, we only had it for a week so if for some reason we start having issues I will come back and update my review. We use the Starbucks Blonde Espresso Nespresso pods and this machine makes great espresso with nice crema on top. It is loud but so are all espresso machines, even the professional ones. I folded up a dish towel and placed the machine on top to help minimize the vibration sound. It helps. Only thing I’m wondering about is if the plastic is BPA free, still waiting to hear back from the company. There’s no mention of it in the manual, here on Amazon or their website.🤔 Most things are BPA free today but just want to make sure.

I bought this for several reasons. 1. It takes the standard nespresso pods, which are becoming harder to find than the virtuo pods. 2. One of the buyer ratings claimed that its a better machine than the standard Nespresso machine. And I concur, it does seem to be better made. 3. Quick delivery & reasonable price. Very happy with my purchase.

I opened the well packed - but STYROFOAM?? - box, took it out and thought, "cute .. ooo ugh what an awful smell". I should have just put it back in the box and sent it back right then. I let it air out with baking soda soaking in the tank, overnight, and that mostly cured the smell issue. Filled it up, planning to run a whole tank full of water through just to make sure it was clean inside ... moved it a few cms on the counter, inadvertently tipping it a couple mms off level ... water ALL OVER my counter from the tank. After cleaning that up and running a fresh tank full of water through, I set out to make some espresso. I used a known-to-me good brand of pods. They were very difficult to get punctured and I had to work the lever up and down a few times for each pod. There was a lot of unbrewed water dripping down from the pod compartment into the rear drip tray, which seems to be a common "function" of all of these machines?, but annoyingly messy. Also, each of three of the *same* pods produced wildly varying amounts of coffee and at least one of the pods was barely pressed in on the foil. All-in-all, my worst espresso pod machine experience yet. This one's going back as soon as I figure it's dried out inside.

yes i filled the water tank. As per instruction manual i did not insert a capsule and proceeded to run machine to rinse it out. no water came out. Sounded like the pump was running. Reseated the water reservoir several times, tried again, ...disappointing. Turned it off and tried again. Let it rest a while and tried again. Same result. Let it rest a day and tried again. Same result. Well now i have to send it back. Frustrating.
