Great for Yoga Too!!!
This is actually for gymnastics, but I bought this to help my shoulders in my yoga practice. It is simple to use, easy to determine where and how to position for best shoulder opening poses, and is padded for comfort. Anyone desiring an extra prop for shoulders would benefit from this device! I find it very worthwhile and beneficial!!!

Fantastic product that is very useful!
Soft padding and easy to use. Helped train my daughter reach out instead of down with cartwheels, round-offs, and handstands!

If you are trying to get your daughter to have open shoulders while tumbling this item is a great buy.

Disappointed bc the padding is fine everywhere but where the neck is it is wearing a hole.
Disappointed bc when I got this there was a discoloration with the padding where the neck goes I dismissed it was probably fine but now it is wearing a hole there and I have only had it for maybe 6 months. Too expensive to not last:(.
