Definitely Not Worth It - Buyer Beware!
I was excited to get this thing despite the cost, but quickly realized that this product not only has some serious design flaws but has other serious issues to consider especially when you need your funds the most.First, as far as design goes the major problem comes down to the small little adapter that comes with the device for charging and loading firmware. While the device itself is pretty sturdy and well built, the adapter is poorly constructed, flimsy and does not stay on -you'll literally have to tape it while during a firmware upgrade or charging it because it will simply fall off and disconnect. It's attached to the Ellipal Titan via a magnet, but that magnet is not strong at all and any little movement will cause it to disconnect. Consider this: If you're doing a firmware upgrade and it disconnects half way through the firmware upgrade, and the device is airgapped, what happens then? Possibly bricking the device and turning it into paper weight? Surprised, and not pleasantly by this design flaw. Then, it terms of coin support it's pretty standard for a hardware wallet. Nothing special but certainly needs more coin support. Ironically it supports some interesting rare coins that have no value, vs supporting some of the more common ones out there that are actually worthwhile keeping in cold storage. Now here comes the MAJOR ISSUE... This week there was a major crash in the BTC/ETH, and other altcoin markets. So, I decided to pull funds away so I wouldn't be impacted as much by the +10% drops that happened this week alone. The Ellipal Mobile App WOULD NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ELLIPAL'S SERVERS (Error: Network Connection Error)! In other words, I was SOL. Luckily, I was able to recover my wallet using the Exodus Wallet and Atomic Wallet desktop apps, recover using my mnemonics, and send those funds out for exchanging them back to USD/USDC, etc., to minimize losses with a stablecoin. What this points out is a VERY SERIOUS issue with Ellipal, the company itself and the infrastructure behind how they handle sending/receiving funds. Their mobile wallets for iOS and Android talk to their servers which are hosted who knows where, which according to their support was experiencing serious issues and was unavailable for several hours.Rather than the app communicating directly with the blockchain, your transaction is sent to their servers for processing which raises yet another major issue with both availability and security: Why isn't their infrastructure built around redundancy/availability? And probably most importantly, being that the developers of this company are based in Hong Kong you NEED TO ASK YOURSELF whether or not you want something sensitive like this with this company.I would seriously advise in considering these factors when purchasing this device. Consider a Ledger, SafePal Nano S/X, Trezor, but be weary of Ellipal. If there were a bit more transparency from Ellipal such as a status page indicating when servers are up/down, possibly the location of their servers and global deployment (vs. very possibly being in someone's garage, just saying), a security audit report by a 3rd party independent firm, and a clearly stated privacy policy, then I'd reconsider - without any of those things I wouldn't touch it with a 10-foot pole again.

Appears poorly designed to attach charger - poorly packed - crappy packing/shipping
Right off the bat - small product box was open - no seals -- the small product box wasn't even packed separately? It was actually thrown in a bigger box along with a bedspread we had ordered? Oh man! No stickers on device - looked like it had been opened and perhaps used before? Supposed to be brand new. Then the final straw - the Titanium comes with an attachment which apparently is the charging interface - so you would need to plug that into your device and then attach the USB cable to charge the unit. The charger interface would not attach securely to the Titanium - it was so loose, that you would need to tape it to the Titanium just to charge the unit. No thanks - for $170.00 I would expect a well fitted unit and all of its necessary components to attach positively and securely together. This could barely attach and would never stay connected without a rigged up solution (scotch tape or a rubber band maybe?) to hold the pieces together. Going back!

Good wallet with some recommended improvement it would be a great wallet!
Seems like a good wallet. The first one we got had a small issue. I tried to address it directly with amazon but they sent me an open item without any of the proper kit (not the sellers fault). I reached out to the seller directly and they resolved the issue immediately. The only complaint I have is that the charging attachment has a very loose fit. It really needs to snap in more securely as the charging cable can otherwise be knocked off easily. I would also recommend they bundle in their metal wallet (for keys) as value add at this price point vs. charging an extra $40.

It was nice at first.... but not so much now !
It worked fine when I first got but there’s been 2 updates since then and this thing will not accept either of the the updates !! It’s good if the only thing you wanna do is store your crypto’s for a really long time. But if you wanna move things around from time to time, it’s a pain in the ass to switch back and forth from the wallet it the app and back again to sign for the movement to go thru. For long term storage it’s fine. The update problem is why mine is getting returned !

Great wallet
Ellipal is super secure. So glad I got it, only thing that I find challenging is the exchange on the app. Other than that great way to secure your crypto.
