This thing pumps out thick, fluffy waffles in no time! I bought this hoping to save some money and adding a little more nutritional value to my kids breakfasts instead of giving them their usual Eggo frozen waffles. And this waffle maker has been a game changer. I can easily make over 40 huge, decadent waffles in 20 minutes with this thing. It only takes maybe 2 minutes for them to cook through and get that nice golden color. The light indicator tells you when they're ready, so no need to check or flip. It all heats evenly and the spill tray is such a great addition to this machine. No worrying about a batter mess on the counter! They are huge waffles too, and half of one fills up my 9 year old easily. It is sleek looking and stores away easily. Now you can have resort quality waffles at home! Just a pro tip! If you're not wanting to break out the waffle maker every morning, just make a huge batch of waffles and store them in a airtight bag in the freezer! Pop them in the microwave for 1 minute when you're ready to eat and they're good to go! Also, try adding some peanutbutter powder for extra protein or even protein powder to add some nutritional value to your breakfast!

This makes great waffles. The non-stick quality is excellent. I spray a very light coating of cooking oil after cleaning before adding batter for first waffle, then only between every 3 or 4 waffles thereafter. My daughter likes to make potato waffles in it as well. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because the plates are not removable. However, it is easy enough to wipe clean.

This waffle maker is incredible! Cooks the waffles evenly through and if left on long enough has the perfect crisp! The fact that it has a section on the side to catch the overflow and cook it makes this waffle maker stand out from all the rest! Perfect waffles every time that are not sticky and are the right thickness and size! The timer lets you know when your waffles are ready so you dont have to guess or keep checking!

I've always preferred waffles over pancakes and five years ago I tired of the cleanup job after making waffles so I tossed my waffle maker. In shopping for a new one, I found this Dash. What sold me on it was the overflow troughs on either side. They make cleanup a breeze. I use a vegetable oil spray, top and bottom prior to plugging it in. When The green light comes on, I put in the properly measured mix, close the lid when the green light reappears, I eat. I've made waffles 4 out or 7 days since it was delivered and have added blueberries or raspberries, or marionberries to about every other batch. They've all been perfect. Including hash brown waffles!

Great waffle maker. Absolute nothing sticks to it. Waffles come out easily. Cleaning therefore very easy. Heats up very quickly and makes great waffles. Nice recipes in the manual.
