Michael Corrective Orthopedic High-Top AFO Leather Sandal

Well, thank goodness I listened to my instincts and bought these sandals! My son toe-walks and uses orthopedic braces, but I was looking for something simpler that he could also wear around the house since he spends most of his time indoors. These sandals have been incredibly helpful. They are far more comfortable than the braces and offer great support. They are definitely pricey, but the quality is excellent. My son usually wears size 10–11, but I bought a size 12 so he can use them for a longer period.

These have been so beneficial. We brought 2 different pair for twins. The toddler ones for our non walking son who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and these for our other twin who has valgus but he doesn’t like shoes period. So we gave them to his twin brother who walks on his tippy toes, plus his right left is turnt in. He will eventually need braces because he’s unable to walk but we have notice a huge difference in him standing. He now stand flat foot and the leg that isn’t turnt in, is no longer on his tippy toes. I believe once he receives his medical braces for his right leg, we will see a difference in that foot as well but for right now it drags, so tippy toe is how he functions. These shoes will remain on our purchase list for years to come.

Those shoes are great! The quality is amazing! My son is 3 years old and he is walking in his toes. I am very satisfied with it. We just recently got those shoes couple days but I can see it can help my son. It is very expensive pair of shoes but if you have the same issue as my kid has it is worth it, believe me! If the child is always on their toes it’s a lot of pressure in their ankle and it will be hurtful. I feel like best money spent.

This is the four time I buy them. So, you can imagine how good they are. The leather is soft. Perfect for tip toe walkers. Highly recommend!

For the price of these shoes , I expected them to have more control, my toddler was still able to bend them. They could have been a little heavier too

I bought for our two year old son. He has cerebral palsy. He’s just starting to walk and the orthotic braces are uncomfortable and difficult to fit inside shoes. These shoes are amazing. We bought the open toed ones for the summer. Be sure not to strap the top strap too tight-it hurts when waking, but too loose and you loose the ankle support benefit (which is why you buy these). And-we put three band aids on each heel for the first two weeks to break them in. He initially got a blister from them. I also love the wear numbers/zones listed on the bottom of the shoe. I’m going to take them in to his PT for analysis after he’s worn them a while, so she can see the bottom wear for walk/gate analyzing.

My son is almost 20 months, since 12 months he was toe walking. We found memo we have start seeing improvements! He hasn’t gave up toe walking yet, but we have seen a huge improvement. I will be buying another pair of memo for fall. Shoes are well made and very cute too.

Great sturdy shoes, made of leather, look cute. They have great ankle fixation, my 19 m.o. son tolerates them well, wears all day to improve toe walking. We'll see how things work on the long run, but as of today, a week after we bought them, I am very satisfied with the purchase. The shoes are a little but pricey, but it's a good quality item.
