Product is nice and comes with a lot of extras. Heats up evenly and you have everything you need to get started.**Update** Upon further examination of my products it seems that one of my wax packages have been opened 😢 I have no way to contact seller to make this right.

I don't know. Maybe I did it wrong or maybe the wax wasn't strong enough for my hairs, but it did not remove everything. Not from my underarms or my pubic area. I am so disappointed. I'll try it again with the green aloe waxes provided, but I thought the blue jasmine wax discs were for coarse hairs. After both attempts I honestly prefer wax strips for hair removal. It's much more painful, but the hairs are removed at least. I'd say this kit removed my hair 70% of the way, whereas waxing strips for me did so 95%. The kit itself is nice. They provide everything you need, but my gloves were dirty, so I did not use those. Temperature control is really good. And, the waxing is very minimal pain. You're still going to feel it because you're ripping hair from the root. lol. I prefer this method so much more, but it just hasn't removed the hair like I'd hoped.

It works but they sent me two bottles labeled as the after treatment. However I think one of them was mislabeled and is actually the pre-cleanser because they have different consistencies and smells and one is more oily as you can see by the slight leakage during shipping that stained the label of the more oily one which I’ve been assuming is the true after care oil. It doesn’t seem to keep the temp regulated after you have it set to what you want. It shuts off for a while and then the wax ends up getting really stiff and stringy again so I have to keep playing with the temp during waxing after already having it where I wanted it prior. I do like that the knob has the exact temp options though and not just low medium high. The wax itself doesn’t make a difference on my sensitive skin and you really have to use a lot so it doesn’t break apart when pulling it. I have to use a whole bag of the beans to do just one Brazilian on myself. I have extremely sensitive skin, and I’m in school for aesthetics currently. Any time we wax in school I always break out in hives on that part of the body. I do it still with this wax as well even though it’s labeled for sensitive skin. So if you have true sensitive skin like me and also get hives and rashes from waxing don’t do it right before an important event is my advice. Do it before bed or on your day off or something. Overall this machine is good for use at home, but I probably wouldn’t use it in my own spa since it’s not the largest and the temp doesn’t seem to stay regulated. I plan to try other brands of wax to see how they do in it too.

This is the best thing I’ve bought in awhile! I hate shaving, have tried the useless wax strips you buy at the store, and have dropped a lot of money having professional waxing done. This is sooo easy and affordable (and oddly satisfying)! It takes a few tries to get your technique down but once you do, it’s so easy. It comes with everything you need too. I used three of the included bags for my legs and armpits (It’s winter and I was very hairy). I’ll use the other bag for my bikini area tomorrow. I’ll probably try a different wax brand after these. It gets very stringy which got on the outside of the machine and on my towel. No big deal, I was just reading reviews of other brands that specifically say that they don’t do that. It also is smaller than I was expecting, which is great because it doesn’t take up a lot of room. I honestly wish I had bought this years ago!

Worked great for about half an hour- then stopped heating.I let it warm on the highest setting. It took about 15 minutes for the wax beads (that came with it) melted to a good consistency. I was able to do my underarms and half of my Brazilian bikini before the wax in the warmer started to harden. I turned it off and back on, unplugged it for half an hour and turned it back on. Nothing. I’m going on a beach vacation in two days. I will have to make an appointment and spend ~$60 to finish the job.When it was working, it was great! The wax was wonderful and I experienced very little pain. I loved all of the included accessories. It was my first time using hard wax on myself and I really felt like a pro. Looking forward to continuing my self-wax journey with another brand of warmer.

I just received the kit, so I can't say anything about that (yet), though I'm sure it'll work fine. But opening the box was underwhelming. No care went into packing it, like everything was haphazardly thrown in. The kit contained only one oil spray, which somehow leaked oil on everything. The gloves look like tissues plucked from a box and thrown in the kit, in such a way that I'm never going to use them out of concern for hygiene and integrity. All of the bags of wax beans are solid, which is not the end of the world since they melt, but inconvenient for nicely metering out a desired amount :P I'm just a little disappointed with the lack of care in this product. Per most of the reviews, hopefully, it'll at least wax well enough.

I just finished my first session (legs & arms). The pot heats up rather quickly. It comes with a good amount of product to start you off (wax, gloves, application sticks in 2 sizes, paper pot protectors, etc). It also comes with before and after sprays that prep and soothe the skin. It’s easy to use, however getting the application technique down to cover certain areas may be a bit tricky. My skin is sensitive (bandaids/ pasties sometimes leave bruises sensitive) and using this product has not affected my skin beyond it turning a bit red for a couple minutes. But because the wax can get very hot it may not be suitable for super sensitive skin. It hurts a hell of a lot less when you don’t hesitate on pulling. Just yank the wax right off and you’ll be fine.WASH WITH WARM WATER & EXFOLIATE before attempting the bikini line!!
