I was a little concerned buying Tala brand again as the tray I bought recently warps badly. When this tart tin arrived, I washed it, heated oven to 175°C Fan and placed tin directly on oven shelf. It did not warp. Today I have officially used it and I love it( see photos). I love the shape & the size. It feels well made. I made a lemon & Blueberry Tart with a buttery shortbread crust. I used a second baking tray to place the tart tin on when filled. It will leak butter. Tart was easy to remove. I'm happy on using it for the first time

Love this flan dish. I personally make a lot of quiche and this is perfect. I dont need to grease the bottom or sides due to the fantastic non stick coating. It has a loose base which makes getting the finished product out so much easier without damaging! Its a robust, solid flan dish that hasnt leaked so far with any ingredients ive put in it. Very simple to clean - no elbow grease required which is a welcome change. This is a definate favourite in my baking collection.

No buckling with this tin, good heavy loose base and the fact it's fairly shallow and has the fluted edges makes it easy to remove the finished bake, I've used it to make almond slices and bakewell tart squares, lining the tin with shortcrust pastry and baking blind, the pastry gets a good crisp base. The tin itself being solid can mean the frangipane or almond sponge is cooked before the pastry, which is why I recommend the blind baking. Excellent tart tin, but limited use unless, like me, you bake a lot for family and friends.

Out of all the tart tins I’ve tried, this one has exceeded my expectations! The description said to lightly grease & tbh I thought I’d give it a try without. The bottom pushes out to help you easily remove the tart- with nothing left behind. The bake was fantastic. The tin itself seems highly durable. I love the rectangular shape. I can not wait to try a sweet tart in it next. I’ll highly recommend, the price is very reasonable for a top quality product. Can not wait to try a sweet tart in it next

This is a really good baking tin; pastry simply doesn’t stick to it even without greasing. Suppose there’s enough butter in shortcrust pastry to make greasing superfluous. On cooling, the pastry retracts a few millimetres away from the tin, so you can lift the whole tart without any damage to the pastry at all. The only slight qualms I’ve got are its size: It’s obviously not as easy to roll out a long rectangle as it is a circle. That aside, the pan is slightly too wide for pears ie, being probably the longest fruit in a tart - but not wide enough to hold 2 apples or nectarines side by side. It therefore poses a few problems filling it ... but it is still an excellent tin.

Excellent quality, good sturdy shape. This product being rectangular is ideal for cutting the flan into fingers for a buffet. Easy to use and clean. A must buy especially for the ability to use for convenient bite size slices. Good on the Christmas tea table in pride of place. Something different to the round. So good l ordered another one.

I made a fabulous raspberry tart. It cut nicely into 10 portions. Heavy duty and I’m sure it will last well. Recommend

Hyper pratique, facile à démouler Trop bien

Aangenaam verrast door de stevigheid. Het weegt 660 gram dus het is serieus dik en stevig, hier is geen flinterdun staal gebruikt. Nog niet gebruikt want het is een kado maar ik ben zeker dat de ontvanger er blij mee gaat zijn.

Der herausnehmbare Boden ist das Beste daran.
