Are you missing out on gains?! Deadlift straps let you lift more weight, more regularly, both of which are integral for gains and increasing your personal best in your squat, deadlift, bench press and presses. The human wrist is not designed to constantly support weight in awkward positions--as found in most sports--and that's why your wrist and forearm muscles usually fatigue before the rest of your body. This, of course, hinders your lifts, and thus, your results! It is not advisable to do hi-rep handstands, presses, benching, kettlebell work, or just about anything requiring a "press" motion without some kind of support. Of course, the fix is simple: WOD Wear Elastic Wrist Wraps! Not only will you look stylish in the gym, but you'll be safer and more effective doing that training. That's about as good as it gets. And all from the simple, and often underrated, training tool that is the wrist wrap. WOD Wear Elastic Wrist Wraps will protect you during your workouts so you can get more weight moved in a safer and more effective manner! WOD Wear Wrist Wraps are the stylish and intelligent way to set more PRs, increase your overall training effectiveness and while reducing strain that causes overuse injuries. WOD Wear Elastic Wrist Wraps make a great gift for your favorite athlete. They are a must in every athlete’s gym bag. Buy a pair today and receive them fast with Prime!

Great support for my wrist and thumb
Great support for my wrist and thumb. As someone who works out regularly, this wrap provides me with the support I needed to get through my workout despite the tendinitis in my thumb and wrist. I’ve been having severe pain for the past six months and have not been able to pick up a weight Without using these wraps. The wraps are so good that I bought a pair for my husband who also works out regularly.

Seam at the thumb loop end digs into skin
Returned this item because the seam at the thumb loop end dug into my wrist. Seam was thick and the thread was rough and scratchy. The whole point of this wrist wrap is to provide stability to your wrists so you have to wear it somewhat tight otherwise the purpose is defeated. I ended up getting the Wod Nation (a completely different brand) wraps which had the thumb loop ends wrapped in a soft elastic, making it much more comfortable.

Cheap/affordable but work great!
I have been losing weight but still lifting heavy and noticed my wrists kept getting strained/hurt on bench press and DB presses and knew I finally needed to invest in some wrist wraps. I was being a little cheap so I didn't go with a more expensive brand and figured I'd give these a shot since they had good reviews and are very affordable. I have only used them for a few weeks now but they provide plenty of wrist support while allowing some flexibility. I even got someone else to buy a pair after he saw them at the gym. My lifts went up slightly due to not having any discomfort in my wrists during heavier sets so I am finally able to push myself on some exercises without worrying about hurting my wrists each time. This product is great and comes in a ton of colors. When this set wears out I will buy another set for sure!

Great for the price
I bought these mainly because I wanted to try out wrist wraps and didn't want to spend too much money at first. They are great for the price and are super supportive- I PR'd my overhead squat and squat snatch today while wearing them. On the other hand, they are SUPER bulky compared to other wrist wraps and kind of look strange on my wrists (I do have small wrists, they may be better sized for men). Overall, you can't beat the price, and they'd be great to try out before looking into more expensive wrist wraps.

Using for Plank and Pushups
Not for lifting for me. I got them for pushups and plank. My various cardio and yoga classes do lots of pushups and plank and I had hopes that these would relieve some of the wrist fatigue. They do indeed. You'll mess with the wrapping tension a bit (you don't want them too tight), but when you find the right tightness they really help.

Love it!
These wraps are comfortable, durable, and versatile. The wraps are easy to put on and off and I can make them as tight or loose as I like. Simply slide my thumbs through the thumb loops and wrap around my wrists with the stripes out until the Velcro panels match up.These are very comfortable and really help release some of the pressure from my wrists while I workout. I don't have to constantly adjust them because they grab on to my wrists just enough so that I am still flex and can comfortably move my hands around.I use my wraps not only for weight lifting but also for yoga. They help me lift more weight by giving me confidence & comfort while working out. They seem to be very durable with the materials made.I hope they can last me at least 12 monthsThe only complaint I have is that I wish they come in more lady-like colors such as pink and red. But other than this, I’m really pleased with them.

Great for wrist support
I enjoy using these wrist wraps at the gym whenever I need a little extra stability in the wrists. When I'm doing any type of shoulder press or bench press type movement, I'll definitely use these to protect my wrists. They are easy to quickly wrap around the wrists to a "tightness" of your liking. They aren't super stiff like the powerlifting wrist wraps. The only downside is that they do tend to get a little smelly after several uses, so you'll want to hand wash them to get rid of the odor.

Functional, affordable, and good looking.
I love these. The thumb loop keeps them in place while I wrap up. There’s no right/left so I don’t get them mixed up trying to put them on. They’re super supportive and my overhead movements feel so much more stable. At the same time, they’re not restrictive, so I can still wear them during burpees, push-ups, pull-ups, etc. They do get a little stinky if I don’t air them out after a hot day, though.
