So pleased with this! It’s a little more expensive than similar looking one I had to return because of leakage at both the inlet and the valve, but this one has absolutely no leakage and functions flawlessly. It’s sold metal construction all over, including the selector knob which moves smoothly and allows for use of BOTH shower heads simultaneously! It comes nicely boxed and includes everything necessary for installation (see my pictures). I only used a small amount of the included plumbers tape on the wall arm water outlet. Only one of the 4 included rubber washers was necessary for a simple, leak free installation. I highly recommend this diverter valve. It’s worth the slight extra cost to for a headache free one time installation!

Work better than expected and simple to instal. To divert water to three different options is easy with no loss in pressure.

Love the quality on this G-PROMISE DIVERTER. I love that it is actually metal. This definitely feels like great quality. The water pressure is excellent it came with 3 spare gaskets and it’s perfect for complementing our rainfall shower head (HOIMPRO) and our (ENGA) handheld sprayer and hose. Super modern and minimalist look with all metal construction. It fit perfectly with all the components. On first install with was very quick, it did leak from our wall pipe to the connection point. I tried 3 times putting varying amounts of tape on our wall pipe with no success. Then I tried one of the spare gaskets and voila!! There are NO leaks!!!! Thank you for an excellent product!! We paired it with a few other Amazon seller’s (Enga) handheld shower head and hose, as well as with Hoimpro’s 20 stage filtration 6 inch shower head. The wall mounted shower head holder is from Rivoods and it holds the Enga shower head perfectly! All in all we are very pleased with the new shower situation.

This is a quality product. Solid metal as advertised. I did not have any issues with installation. No leaks, and valve lever is easy to turn. Brushed nickel finish is spot on and looks good with other fixtures.

Compared to no diverter, there was minimal difference in water pressure. They also included the wrench to tighten the diverter which is great as it fits perfectly and does not damage the finish. I have a 17" shower arm extension to a rain shower head on one end of the diverter and after screwing in the inlet tightly, it was secure enough to prevent the shower arm from sagging down. I tried a few other diverters and this was the only one that worked. The finish could be a little better for brushed nickel and it would be nice if this one clicked at each 90 degree selection, but those are minor issues. I highly recommend this diverter.

Nice, all metal diverter! Well packaged with extra washers, teflon thread tape and wrench. Costs a few dollars more than most of the other diverters but this thing will never need replacing. Brushed nickel finish closely matches Delta’s brushed nickel finish. Totally satisfied and it’s great to find a plumbing part not made of plastic!

I purchased a portable washer dryer which came with crumby plastic tubing that's too short to be of any use. So I followed the reviews for that appliance and purchased this diverter for the new 10ft vinyl tubing and a barbed adapter. What I love about this purchase is that it came with a pipe wrench (didn't need it as I had an adjustable superior one, but I still appreciate the gesture), plumber's tape and rubber washers. The tape especially came in handy as it stopped all leaks that were present without it. I just wish it was even slightly sticky or at the very least acted similar to cling wrap. I had to hold it in place while trying to screw everything together. It fell off a couple times. The instructions were nice but I didn't agree with hand tightening it. I tightened with the wrench and now it's perfectly stable. I love how smooth the handle turns when you want to switch settings. I also love that there are little flat parts to where the diverter meets the wall pipe, making the wrench fit perfectly around it. Unlike the showerhead that came with my apartment which is entirely smooth and round. They clearly don't want me to touch this but I'm a rebel with a cause. :p Anyway, I have noticed from the clear vinyl tubing that when the diverter is set to shower and not the handheld piece this is clearly intended for and not vinyl tubing, there is steam exiting through the hole it's not meant to exit. Not an issue and I'm sure that's perfectly normal for every diverter, I just happen to be able to see it in action.

Diverter was supposed to have 1 x inlet and 2 x outlets all sized 1/2" as per product description and specifications. Upon receiving the parts, only one outlet was 1/2". The inlet and the other outlet were larger (could be 7/8" but not sure). Contacted the seller, and their reply was not relevant just explaining how to operate the diverter. Out everything back in the box and sent back as a return.

Parece hecho de oro puro. Es de muy buena calidad. Útil para cambiar la salida del agua hacia la regadera o hacia la manguera con el cabezal.

Excelente calidad y diseño, viene con todo lo necesario para la instalación. De mis mejores compras en Amazon. Lo mejor es que el como esta diseñada la rosca puedes elegir libremente en que posición quedarán tus conectores. Superior a cualquier otro que he visto

I unfortunately have just had the same issue as a reviewer below. Only one of the three outlets is 1/2 " I am returning this to Amazon and will purchase another one that is correct.
