Extremely good product but depends on your circumstances
It took me a little while to realize I had a nervous bad habit. At some point over the last few years I started clenching my teeth. I would be doing it and not even notice it. It took me even longer to realize I was also clenching my teeth at night. It doesn't necessarily sound as bad as grating your teeth but when you comprehend the pressure being put on your teeth by clenching you quickly figure out you need a solution to avoid future broken teeth, severe pain and high dental bills. My problem with dental guards is twofold. For one, I breath a lot through my mouth. I can't have bulky plastic mouth guards that obstruct my airflow. So any potential solution of any significant size is out. Second, I have sensitive teeth. Anything that is formed to fit my teeth causes me discomfort and headaches. I tried several dental solutions trying to find something that didn't obstruct my airway and didn't put pressure on my teeth. The first thing I finally found that worked for me were Plackers. They worked but they were so minimalistic that they would slip out from my lower gum and teeth at times, ending up in my mouth at night or on my pillow/sheets. I finally found Snoreez and felt more comfortable with a minimal amount of material that still did the job BUT more mass than the Plackers, helping them to stay in place at night. Plus the front little hook on the Snoreez serves that purpose as well. I sleep with them over my lower teeth and they work perfectly. I also feel like there's enough rubbery material on these that it would be hard to swallow them. I've been wearing these for close to a year and never had a problem with that. But that's not to say it would be impossible. For the price, if you have the same challenges I did finding a solution, I'd recommend giving them a try. I don't know what I would do without these (except fret over my future dental problems and dentistry costs).

Sized for a baby, not an adult. Waste of money
Do not but. This thing is ridiculously small. 1.5 inches wide. Looks Luke it's sized for a baby's mouth. It doesn't stay in place at all. And to top it off, they don't take returns . Total rip off.

Bearable, but not ideal
I ordered both the adult and the kids size. Turns out I am in between sizes. The tab in the middle invites me to play with it with my front teeth as I try & fall asleep. My favorite style mouth guard used to be sold at the Family Dollar Store, but they no longer carry the same style that had 2 vent holes on the molar bites & definitely no need for a tab in the middle front to keep my front teeth from crushing on the bottom teeth.Because the adult one is too big around to fit in my mouth good my gums get sore. This can't be good long term.

Small and thin
So, I don't use this to sleep, but I do grind my teeth when I mountain bike. I've tried other regular mouth guards, but there to big and I choke. I can't hardly Tell I have this one in. It's great for me

Adaptable!
I got these because I found the moldable guards felt too bulky in my mouth. These are slim but work just as well at keeping my teeth from touching. I especially like the edge that goes over the front, other versions of this style do not have that ... it is something not only helping to keep it in place, it is keeping my front teeth from touching. Here's the switch, though. 1. I had to snip off some of the edges to fit my mouth comfortably. No problem with comfort once I did that. 2. I use this on my bottom teeth, not the top! (Flip it so the front piece folds over the lower front teeth where the tip of my tongue pushes on it.) I found it much easier to keep in place, less intrusive (can't see it, I can talk with it in place) and it felt more secure so I don't worry about losing it or choking on it overnight.Worth a try!

I had to bite down to hold in place
I gave this a try but I found myself biting down hard to hold it in place which defeats the purpose of getting a guard to stop clenching my teeth. They are flimsy and don’t stay on either the top or bottom teeth. They can’t be returned so it’s a loss of money. The packaging was nice though.

Doesn't work well.
We followed all the instructions to mold the dental guard. Even tried it repeatedly - never could make it work right. Threw it away. Glad it didn't cost much.

Great
Wanted a thin guard for sleeping to prevent grinding, this is great. Way thinner than any of the moldable guards in the same price range so my bite isn’t messed up.
