I am 25 years old, 5'8'', 115lbs, 33-24-34, and I bought the largest size possible and it fit really well! Wasn't too short on me. It is swimable, I swam around in it without issue. My shoe size is 8.5 and I was able to fit in the monofin.The bikini top is meant for a kid, but if you seam rip it and move the "shells" around, you may be able to wear it? I did that but I wasn't comfortable wearing it, too revealing (and I'm just a B cup lol). I'd suggest just buying a different shell bikini top off of amazon, there are lots of affordable options.To put it on:Put the monofin into the tail. The end of the tail velcros, so slip the monofin in that way, then close it up.Gather the leg part of the tail down to the base (like putting on a stocking) then slip your feet into the monofin and pull the tail up.This tail is obviously not meant for walking, I'm surprised some reviews even mention it LOL.

Day 20:The Mermaids have not suspected a thing the tail is similar to the other mermaids' and now they have friended me. I threw the top away and found better shells to help me blend into the ocean. Often though, I find myself adjusting the velcro on the bottom to hide my feet. The monofin is strong enough to play with. The Mermaids have begun to talk to me. I find this a perfect tail if you want to be accepted in the Mermaid society.

When the product came I admit I was worried it wasn't going to fit. But it is VERY stretchy. I have not noticed any damage to the suit yet and she has worn it a couple times in the pool and she is not a careful individual. She is very spontaneous and in the moment. She has been wanting this for a long time but I wasn't willing to spend big bucks on it. This was a great price for a great item. The top did not fit as was in the description. She couldn't care less. I also feel as does she that it needs more velcro at the bottom on the fin area. We are going to get some so we have it ready for next year. Her mother also tried it on and she is about 5'4 and weighs about 130. My granddaughter is a little chunkier and it still fit just fine. It is the largest size as I wanted something that she would be able to wear next year too. I would say buy it with confidence! We love it!

Fast delivery and made my daughter very happy. We got a size 6-7 and it fits my skinny daughter perfect. She’s 7 but wears size 6 in her hips. A normal 7 year old should go for a bigger size. How long will it hold up? Who knows. If it’s taken care of, it should at least last a good summer I would think. I wouldn’t want her using it at the lake or on rough surfaces where it will snag and tear easy. But it’s what we wanted at a price I was willing to pay.

My daughter was so excited to get this the other day. We took it for a swim last night. The seams on the fin tire open and the material looks years old instead of one hour old. I’m so disappointed and my 6 year old is crushed. I did reach out to the seller for a replacement tail but have to wait for a response.

My 10 year old granddaughter loved it. The fit was great! The top looked very small but it actually fit very nicely. The only suggestion I would have is to put mote Velcro fasteners on the bottom or at least larger ones. I sewed more pieces on all the way across because it kept coming open. The material the tail is out of is the nicest one we have ever gotten.

It is better than I expected. The fabric is a thin, stretchy metallic.. We purchased the green. The monofin is much bigger than I expected - 22" x 15". We purchased size L. My daughter is 5'2" and wears a size 12 and this does fit, but it is skin tight. It does, however, stretch a lot. There is a small opening at the bottom of the tail so you can take a few very small steps (like an inch at a time). Getting the monofin on her feet and then into the tail was a bit of a chore - especially connecting the velcro at the bottom. As other reviewers have stated, the bikini top is sized for a toddler. LOL. In summary, I am very pleased with my purchase and would buy it again.

 I already have to sew a hole in the side and reattach the velcro in the tip of the tail. Material looks months old after just 2 swims. The monofin fits but the material to hold feet in by ankle is already getting out of shape and not as snug as it was but still works for now. If it stretches much more I'm gonna have to figure out a way to tighten up around the ankles. If I plan on using quite often id suggest order one from thw actual swim tail web site but this is perfect to learn and play in but prob for just 1 season. Def gonna have to replace the bottoms next year
