Amazing!
It's just amazing! Please note that as of Dec 25 it doesn't include charcoal separator boxes but it comes with charcoal rails which is pretty similar in functionality. Also, they wheels cover is black instead of Grey as the listing showed. Amazon should update listing. Weber page and documents are very clear on what's included. It is easy to assemble but you will definitely need an extra tool to make sure everything is tight enough, the plastic tool included is not enough. Overall great charcoal grill with great cooking space and very good looking. The thermometer included is a very nice touch as well.

The best charcoal grills I have encountered.
This charcoal grill is awesome. It really delivers everything you need in a grill for a great price. The cooking top has a 22 inch diameter. The coal holders will take up around half of the bottom coal holding grill (a little over half of the food grill space). This allows for a great one-sided direct heat for searing and then low-and-slow cooking. It also allows for pure direct heat or a more pure indirect heat setup. It is a very versatile grill. This grill also functions as a great smoker. Since I got the version that has an optional part of the grill surface that can be removed to provide a pan-shaped hole in the middle I can even cook veggies and other stir-frys in this grill. You really cannot beat the amount of food that can be cooked on this grill. The heating rack that is included in the grill I found to be a bit cumbersome and more annoying than useful. I control the heat by offsetting the coals so I can "warm" things directly on the grill surfaace. That is a lot easier than having the heater shelf move all around and creating a mess. The cover-holder on the side is actually very durable and I trust it will last for years. The assembly of the grill was a bit more involved than I thought it would be but the instructions make it straight forward to get through. Included in this grill is: *The grill *The food grill grate (with a center round that can be taken out or kept in) *Bottom coal grill grate *Coal holders Pros: *Great grill space *Includes a lot of good extras *Ash cleaning system is nice and efficient Cons: *Included heating rack is just cumbersome and moves too easily (-1/4 a star) Additional Considerations: Grilling is made easy when you have the right tools. Getting the following will make your grilling experience much better *Wax starter cubes (Weber makes these) *Coal chimney to fire up the coals (Weber makes a great one) *spray cleaning fluid for cleaning the grill top (Weber makes this) *Grill cover (The weber one is not good. I recommend a more heavy duty one) *Charcoal *Grilling utensils *Some sort of temporary table that can be used to set stuff on while you are grilling (SUPER useful) I personally use Lifetime 28240 Height Adjustable Folding Personal Table, 30 by 20 Inch, Almond Overall: 4.75/5 stars (>=.5 rounds up, <.5 rounds down) => 5 stars If you have any further questions regarding the product in my review please leave a comment below and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

A Versatile Grill with Thoughtful Design and Practical Features
This grill truly impresses with its well-thought-out design and practical elements that enhance the grilling experience. The lid holder adds a touch of convenience, while the flip-open grates simplify the process of refilling charcoal or adding wood chips. The inclusion of 2 charcoal trays offers flexibility in managing indirect heat, giving you more control over your cooking. Additionally, the vents play a crucial role in heat regulation and smoke circulation, contributing to the overall flavor profile of your dishes. I particularly appreciate the built-in temperature gauge, which proves to be a valuable tool during cooking sessions.Cleaning up is a breeze, thanks to the clever ash pan design, and the durable finish ensures that the grill maintains its pristine appearance even after numerous uses. In conclusion, this grill stands out as a top-quality product with a thoughtful design and an array of practical features that elevate your grilling game.

This is a superb product - looking forward to my first Weber!
Wow! What an amazing product! I had no idea how well built it was, how long these last (investigated on the Internet/YouTube after the fact), or how versatile it was: saw YouTube videos about using the "snake" charcoal arrangement for long-lasting cooking time (10-12 hours) to smoke meat, direct/indirect cooking, infrared cooking, and so many other ways to cook. I also used YouTube to find a plethora of videos about cooking chicken, pork, turkey, beef, hamburgers and hot dogs, and so much more. I'm so surprised about the versatility of the Weber. What surprised me most was the quality of the build, the weight and thickness of the grilling and charcoal grills, the ability to open the sides of the cooking grate to get access to the side charcoal bins (included with the grill!), and that the center of the cooking grill was removable for things like the vortex cone or other Weber add-ons like the griddle, the wok, the searing grill, and many more. Our grill also came with two charcoal "side" holders: when separated, they can be placed along the side of the Weber to create indirect cooking or they can be joined in the middle underneath the removable grilling surface to create a very hot direct heat. Either way, we're really looking forward to cooking with these. We were very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to construct, too. I debated purchasing the service to have someone build the grill for me, but it took me less than 45 minutes (and no swearing!) to put it together myself. I'm really proud of this purchase. My son and I are looking forward to many happy years cooking on a Weber. After watching a number of videos, I also purchased a set of long cooking gloves with fingers (not mittens), a remote meat temperature probe, a charcoal vortex, a better grill cleaning brush than the one I have, and the Weber cast iron searing grate (arrives tomorrow). I also invested in a two-handled charcoal chimney instead of the single-handled one we have, although I gotta tell ya well that while the chimney lights charcoal well, our charcoal briquets take somewhere around 30-40 minutes before the top coals have a thin, white ash on them. I fully anticipate the Weber grill will be one of the best purchases I've ever made.

Great grill for the price!
This does include “charcoal boxes”. The instructions don’t explain what they are or how to use them, but I figured it out on my own. All the reviews I saw had contradicting information on if this master touch came with them or not. So as of mid 2025 it does. They are adjustable grates you can position anywhere on the bottom coal grate. The grill as a whole is good quality and seems like it will last a while. Straightforward to put together, and the easy ash cleaning feature is very nice. Overall I’d recommend it, as it’s a pretty good value for the cost.

Great Kettle!
I debated for a long time on either getting this or a smoker. I decided on the Weber due to its versatility and not having to babysit it so much. Didn’t want a pellet grill due to possibility of electronic breakdowns. I want to do some smoking also and am concerned about the food being too close to the fire. More about this later. With the Weber kettle there is an array of accessories to choose from. My main concern was the 22” size. Although I am only cooking for two, the minimal size is a concern…especially when doing two racks of ribs. The 26” was considered but too expensive. The majority of my cooks would be for chicken pieces, burgers, steaks, etc…so felt this SHOULD be okay. Have only done 3 cooks so still learning temp control. Did wings with the Vortex and were amazing! Burgers were equally impressive as was chicken quarters. Just learn how to control temps with the vents. Watch videos on this. The reason for not giving it 5 stars were that I felt the legs were extremely lightweight and thin. The thermometer should be more on the side with the vent. Why they haven’t changed this after all these years is confusing. And nearly everyone uses a probe thermometer to monitor their cooks so a small hole should have been in the design. But this is easy to do yourself using silicone grommets. The removable center section is a pain when removing the main grate. Tilt it and it falls to the ground. And no way to raise/lower the grate in relation to the fire like the Napoleon. In fact the only reason I didn’t get the Napoleon was those odd wavy grates; don’t like them. Some people have bought the rotisserie accessory to get the food further away from the fire which will help with long cooks. Likes - the ash pan makes cleanups a breeze. The slide off lid…great. The amount of accessories. Customer service. All in all I am happy with the Weber. Food has been excellent. Make sure you get the steamer brush. Just run it under hot water and clean your grates while warm/hot. Will take off all the caked on foods.

This grill is the gold standard of charcoal grills
Weber was the 1st company to invent the round kettle style charcoal grill, & it remains the best in the industry. I already owned one of these at my main home, & bought another for my vacation home. The quality is top notch, the performance is second to none. The master class has some nice features that the base model does not, but either way, if you’re shopping for a charcoal grill, whether you buy the master class or the base model, BUY A WEBER KETTLE GRILL! Don’t waste your time or money on anything less. Both the base model and the master class are excellent grills, but, specifically, the master class grill has these features over the base model: -An ash bucket which attaches to the bottom of the grill and easily removes to dump the charcoal ash, this is better than the fixed ash pan of the base model -A bracket attached to the side of the grill which holds the lid when you’re tending the food. This is more convenient than having to place the lid on the ground while tending. -A main grate which has two sides that flip up for easier tending of the charcoal -This same main grate has a removable center portion in which you can use several different grates or accessories, such as a searing grate or a pizza stone. These accessories are made by Weber for this purpose & must be purchased separately. -2 charcoal baskets which allow you put the burning charcoal on each side of the grill & create an indirect cooking zone in the center, this is especially useful for recipes that call for an indirect grilling method, such as beer can chicken. In short, if your looking for a charcoal grill, don’t get that half-assed P.O.S. that’s on sale at Home Depot or Lowe’s, get the original & the best: the Weber kettle. You will not be disappointed.

Paying for the name
Giant overpriced garbage. Weber isn't what it used to be. For 300 I expect a little more. My unit came damaged from the factory. The instructions are terrible. I have parts that arent in my manual so I have no idea what they are for and I'm missing parts that I believe I should have. The legs barely fit and its such cheap aluminum that you will definitely bend it putting it together. If you are gonna get a Weber get the cheapest model they make cause its gonna give you problems. Next time I'll buy a $60 Walmart unit and replace it after a year or two.
