Love Three Wishes Cereal! Made with pretty clean ingredients and I feel much better allowing my kids to eat it. Cinnamon taste with a nice crunch. Our favorite is Berry. Fruity, sweet flavor-yum!

A nice low sugar alternative. Tastes better than other options. Has a nice texture and crunch. Holds up nicely in milk.

This cereal is delicious, my toddler and I both enjoy it solo or with milk. Love that you get some sweetness without too much sugar, plus some protein. Depending on your eating style, if you are unused to monkfruit or stevia, it may take some getting used to as it will not taste sweet in the way of most cereals. But if you typically follow a lower sugar diet, you may find Three Wishes is just perfect.

Ok first the negatives. This small box of cereal costs $8. Yeah that’s kinda high but clearly it wasn’t so high that I refused to buy it. I actually hate when people review something negatively due to price as if Amazon forced them to add it to their cart. So with that in mind I am simply stating that the price is a little on the high end but I am not in any way rating the cereal based on that. The only other negative really is that the box was damaged to the point during shipping that it wouldn’t stand up by itself. Once again that is nothing significant and the cereal inside the box was in perfect condition. Now onto the cereal itself........My first thought upon tasting this cereal was that there is no way it is grain free and only carrying 3 grams of sugar but yep it’s a fact, I mean it says it right there on the box. Honestly though, this cereal had a very good taste to it with a very satisfying level of sweetness and a good clean cinnamon hit. I am one of those evil people who actually likes for my cereal to get a little soggy before eating it and with this cereal achieving that was kinda tough. The texture of this cereal is very firm so I soaked it in milk for about five minutes. The cereal did soften up some but it still wasn’t soft like I prefer. With that said, most people like their cereal crunchy anyway so who cares if I couldn’t get these delicious O’s to turn into mush like a bowl of Fruity Pebbles. With all things considered I had to rate these 5 star. Grain free and really tasty, what’s not to love about that!

Used to be GREAT! Now has added "natural flavors"? What exactly those are no one knows. The unflavored one now tastes like cardboard used to be nice round soft rings. The cinnamon just had Cinnamon now had has "natural flavor"! I don't have time to write reviews but this made me so mad because it was an AMAZING tasting product and they had to go and mess it up (( This was the only thing I was able to give my daughter whose on a low carb medically indicated diet. If anyone from Three Wishes is reading this review BRING BACK THE OLD RECIPE PLEASE! For cinnamon and the unflavored/plain!

I cannot afford this on a regular basis for my Family. This was a treat that I won’t be buying again.

This product tastes almost like a regular cinnamon cereal and the texture is almost normal too. It is slightly crunchier than a regular cereal and there is a slight monk fruit taste to it, but neither thing ruins it. It is definitely much better than a lot of other normal cereals I've tried. I will order this brand from now on because high protein breakfasts are definitely better for your brain than breakfasts full of simple carbs. It is a little expensive, but worth it. Also it fills you up quickly, so you only need small servings.
