While i cannot judge medically if this was effective or not, but it did make me feel really good for the days i took it and even post that. So you can give this a try. It is a bit expensive though but that is fine given the brand.

Great for making a low histamine bread. Knead the dough with a sachet of this and a pinch of bakers yeast. You have sourdough without an expensive or that disgusting wet starter.
