The best value portable dac /amp + clear & strong bass boost out!
Great headphone dac and amp combo! For the money this sounds every bit as good as my fiio A3 portable amp. And it even has stronger and clearer bass boosts (3rd and 2nd bass intensity settings in particular). And the Syba dac/amp is only a 3rd of the price of a Fiio A3 AND WAY easier to travel with 🙂.Does not require a power supply or charge cable for recharging as this does the job without needing an internal battery. AND it only sips the battery of my source device - Android OnePlus 7 Pro smart phone. I can't believe this level of audio quality doesn't increase battery drain. And it's efficiency has impressed me.All of my portable audio (YouTube, android games, downloaded high quality mp3 AND Flac files for lossless audio) has improved when connecting my over the ear headphones with the Syba to my smart phone. I'll go so far as to say I'd rather use this than portable headphone amps - even when using my smartphone at home. All of my headphones are between 32 ohms - 120 ohms (Sennheiser, Hifiman planar magnetics etc..). For those of you with headphones requiring 300 ohms (impedance) or higher the Syba should still work. I myself don't own or have high impedance headphones to test with, but as shown in one of the pics i posted, the description on the box it came states it works with headphones up to 600 ohms. The two pics i posted are to show the safe and secure packaging the Syba arrived in. And i have a blue pen next to the Syba to show how small the amp is. The type C connector also extends into my android thru the case i have on it. So smartphone cases can remain on the phone. This is the most convenient plug n play headphone dac /amp you can get. 5 stars from me. And worth the price.

Surprisingly good.
I was not expecting a lot and I have been pleasantly surprised with this unit. I have 3 DAC dongles and several Bluetooth DAC AMPS. I came across this DAC and had some good reviews, so I thought I would try.I like that it is small and compact, a nice departure from another dangling dongle. The options are a nice and there is a sound shift when selecting the EQ options and the sound is very good. It has a good increase in volume and you can hear a boost in Bass and Treble which is nice. I would have loved to seen a companion app to give more detail control on the EQ but for this price you can not have everything. If you phone or laptop/PC has a decent EQ on it already you can do some fine tuning. All in all, it sounds decent, there is a very slight background hiss on dead silence, but it is not over bearing and you have to listen for it to pick it up. As mentioned earlier with the volume, you can hear this unit is pushing more mw than the average dongle. That power requirement will eat into the battery of your phone a little, but I have not noticed any drain I would be concerned with.

Only good for desktop work
The sound quality and function are great but the usb-c does not stay in the phone and comes out with the lightest touch. It's rather annoying

Had to edit
This little dac is great. No additional power draw and adds a good amount of gain. Only negative is EQ 3 bass is boosted too much and distorts. Soon after my review the USB 3 port stopped responding or disconnected at the slightest movement

Best value for money
Great sound. The different modes are basically just bass boost steppings. That said, if your headphones can handle it, they'll make them bump like crazy. Otherwise it sounds like garbage. The standard mode without any boost is super clean and clear, very flat. I enjoy the first or second levels of boost. I also really appreciate the lights showing the frequency and how simple it is to operate.*Edit*I should add, of you have high end headphones or earbuds heads up, it does have a noisefloor that I notice now that I have it and the apple USB C adapter. The apple adapter has a much cleaner noise floor, and thus overall cleaner signal. But it is not powerful enough for some of my headphones, so I'm happy to have this as a backup!

Works on Pixel 6 pro
I tried Either Flat/default or EQ1 settings is fineEQ2 and EQ3 ruins it IMO at least with my equipment.I tried1. MASSDROP X MEE AUDIO PINNACLE PX IEMS,2. DROP + HIFIMAN HE5XX PLANAR MAGNETIC HEADPHONES3. MASSDROP X SENNHEISER HD 6XX HEADPHONES((While nothing is playing there could be static a bit but once something is playing it mask it away))

Quality
This mini dac adapter is AMAZING. When not playing any audio it does have a white-noise static but it isn't really bad, the moment audio is played it's gone. the 3 modes are truly amazing, and it sounds so very well. it's actually really powerful too, more than i expected. I'm running around 60-70% volume and by then it's enough to make my eyes water, so i obviously keep it lower but the fact that it's that strong is nice to know. I have a Google Pixel 6 and it works like a charm.

Static City!
Very poorly shielded. Seems like overall a quality product, other than the fact that you'll constantly have RF interference and others from your phone. This sounds like buzzing and static in your headphones. Not recommended.
