All components appear to be very good quality and shipping was prompt. However, "instructions" are not much more than a parts list. Adding to this, now that we have put it together. All components are great. We've had a few small issues and the company has been extremely helpful, replacing several items. Regarding the instructions, we were intimidated. But, as soon as our 10 yr old grandson got here (this is for him), he looked over the manual and got to work. We still aren't finished, but it's been a great project for us to do with him over several visits. And it will certainly impress at birthday parties! Wanted to update this. The company, and their rep, were just super helpful. We finally finished it 3 weeks ago. Items were replaced quickly when needed and technical support was a phone call away. I would definitely recommend Holland Computers and this kit. One suggestion: we built our box before ordering the kit. In hind site, we should have used the crane dimensions for the size of our box (we were able to modify) and we should have made one side on hinges for adding/adjusting the prizes. This was all our fault, nothing to do with Holland.

So I have been working on arcade claw machines for a while. Bought a cabinet and wanted brand new parts with updated pcb. As others have stated the instructions are non existent. With some patience its 90% understandable. These are English instructions based off of a Chinese manual. So confusing. But expected. What wasn't expected was the customer service o received in hopes of answering a couple basic questions. Did I receive a faulty harness, mainly. Was absent wires even tho stated they are in the harness. I spoke to Chris for a little bit. And got off the phone without a single question answered. And felt more like I interrupted his day. Long story short. If you want zero customer service and tech help, just order from China. They stated that is where they ordered them anyway. Was really hoping to have a human on the other side of the phone hence why I specifically went with Holland computers. The kit is over 400$ so maybe I was looking for something that wasn't there. Parts seem excellent and quality i was looking for. Shipping as good. ******Update****** The light board vr knob fell off before it even was connected. Definitely not the quality parts I originally thought. With the cost of the kit, I don't feel like I should be replacing parts already. Joystick is iffy. Its already being replaced with higher quality joystick. Need to replace the light board now as well. Will update withing the next month.

I received my kit extremely quickly. Everything was included and I cannot wait to build my machine. I will gladly update with pictures when the machine is complete! The gantry feels very sturdy, the joystick and button also have a high quality feel to them. I have reviewed the manual, and while there are not a lot of detailed instructions, the wiring and assembly is pretty straight forward. Thank you Holland computers, you are making me and my kids very happy!

had to install side ways but it fit like a charm and the settings are audible spoken to you and was able to easily set up the new drop zone, Very nice quality parts. I was able to get it working with no extra help the manual has a pinout and reads fine to me.
