Yes it works, but know that Glycolic Acid is a chemical and it takes 14-days for your skin to complete the whole shedding process. Glycolic Acid is not a subtle approach to shedding skin, it's an acid and it will turn your skin thick and red then peel over the course of 14-days. If you have a special event such as a wedding planned do NOT do this peel within 30-days of your event. Also, if you do any peel know that you are not going to be beautiful for that 14-days. The intent is to shed skin and you can't and shouldn't interfere with the process to speed it up or scarring can happen.

I'm so glad I purchased this peel. I have gone to a dermatologist and spent hundreds on the same thing. Just be super careful and follow the guide. I add equal parts water so it's half strength and let it sit on my face for 2-3 minutes. Start with a minute or even less and work your way up if your skin handles it. Not sure why I gave it 2 stars.....The first time I used this, I diluted not quite as much as they suggested because my skin isn't sensitive at all. It burned just an itty bit for 2 secs. When I washed it off, there was no noticeable change. After a couple of days, it was supposed to cause some peeling, but I got none of that. I used it a few times just to make sure it really wasn't doing anything and I still have the same yucky, drab, 55 yr. old face I had to begin with. I wanted some freckles to fade and maybe just look brighter.....this didn't do it.

I have previously used body wash, lotion that contains AHA. They made my skin smoother and softer but not effective in fading my old acne scars/marks. So I decided to try this instead. I will use my finger to gently massage the product in circular motions for 3 mins. and leave it on for another 3 mins. Past 6 mins, I start to feel a slight tingle and sting and then I jump in the shower to rise the product off and proceed to shower. I have used this 4 times so far and has greatly reduced the dark spots left by previous acne breakouts. Very happy with the results so far, much more effective than shower gels and body lotions.

Soooo I followed the instructions listed (which are slightly confusing) and applied the peel and waited for me to instantly regret my life choice of going straight to the 60% peel. Waited for the burn......waited......aaaaaaaannnndddd waited. Applied another layer and waited.....aaannnndddd waited....10 minutes later and I felt a prickly, tingly, needling feeling and went to take the peel off. It’s been 20 mins after washing it off and my face just feels like I washed it. No redness, no tightness, noooooo burning.

I have been using this once a week for the last three weeks and I can feel the difference. I have major dry spots AND T- zone oil issues and the winter doesn't help. I didn't see much of a difference until a couple days after the second treatment. My skin feels smother and my breakouts around my chin are almost gone.

I have used over the counter glycolic peels and lactic acid peels in the past with good results so I thought this product that claims to combine both would be great. It has done absolutely nothing. The 3rd time I used it, I left it on for 10 minutes and didn't even get the slightest tingle. I've had no peeling and no lightening of freckles or dark spots at all. I attempted to start a return only to find that this item does not qualify for returns. Ridiculous!

Im so disappointed in this product. I bought it hoping to get rid of sun spots and to even out skin tone. I used the product exactly as the instructions said and ive used it 3 times once a week. Also each time i put more than one application left it on for 2 mins the 1st time 4 mins the 2nd time and5 the 3rd. Yeah im so mad i have not had any peeling. Whats the problem? Has anyone had this issue? Any advice besides returning it. Thanks
