This O2 sensor seems to work well, but i keep knocking it off while sleeping. Maybe people who move around less during the night will get more use out of it.I have used it multiple times during the day to check my blood oxygen levels and it is very quick.

This device is SO easy to use and revealing!I seldom wake up feeling I got a good night's sleep. My Dr recommended I do a sleep test, which I've avoided. I do know (per hubby) that I snore. When I saw this device, I decided to try it to see what it might reveal.The app is free and easy - just sync it to device and wear the device while sleeping. It is super comfortable - - stayed on and I didn't notice it being there (on my thumb).Upon awakening this morning, I felt a bit more refreshed than normal... not yet sure if coincidence. (The device will vibrate when oxygen level goes below a certain amount to urge you to change positions.) While it didn't wake me, perhaps it made me change positions in my sleep?The app revealed that during my 6 hours of sleep, my oxygen lowered to 80% several times... it came back up shortly after which leads me to believe the device may have urged me to change positions.The app is very user-friendly... it shows recording time, amount of time <90% oxygen, # of times dropped over 4%, # drops per hour, average oxygen %, lowest oxygen %, oxygen score (with description).The device also measures heart rate and app shows average.Both the oxygen and heart rate are also shown in line graph in app.While the instructions do indicate you should never self-diagnose, change meds etc...., this definitely helps me to know what might be going on and gives me a discussion start with my Dr. It also seems to be be urging me to change positions to improve oxygen, resulting in better night's sleep. I'm hoping that will be enough solution to avoid eventual sleep mask, making this WELL worth the price!
