Excellent Customer Service and Great Headset
I’m very satisfied with both the CONAMBO K10C headset and the customer service experience. The headset has great sound quality, is comfortable to wear, and worked very well for me. After several months of normal use, a small plastic part accidentally cracked. I contacted CONAMBO support and hey responded quickly, professionally, and kindly. They checked my order, honored the warranty without any problems, and immediately arranged a replacement. The support team was very helpful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to see customer service this responsive and reliable nowadays. Thank you to Zoe and the CONAMBO service team for the excellent support. I truly appreciate it and would definitely recommend this headset and company to others.

Works great!!! Definitely is good as Plantronics Voyager
Okay I'm had it a couple weeks now, I was waiting to see how it worked before leaving a review. I'm pleased to say it's every bit is good as Plantronics at a fraction of the price! Also as you can see in the pictures the plantronics ones always break in the same place (usually in about a year or less) and I've had several of them over the years even the more expensive one that you see in the picture. This earpiece is definitely much tougher in that area is a little bit harder to get on your ear but it also fits tighter, for instance if I was laying down working on something that I could not get from a sitting or kneeling position it doesn't fall off my ear which is something that always happened with the Voyager. This earpiece seems to be more comfortable as well (the part that goes in your ear canal) It has several sizes for you to choose from I suggest that you go through all of them to see which one seals your ear canal the best. That way you can hear it very well even with a lot of background noise or wind, everyone I've talked to you says it sounds very clear and they don't hear the wind when I am outside so the noise canceling is good also I like that it has the USB-C connection. That was always one of the problems with the lower models of the Voyager, they had the magnetic connector and you would have to wait for 30 seconds or so to make sure that it was on charge. I think at this price it's a no-brainer this is much better and the audio is crisp and clear even listening to music or a podcast sounds great. There have been some times I heard a little bit of crackling (same thing would happen with the Voyager at times) and I tried turning the HD off and back on and it didn't make any difference so I think that may have been some interference, currently I have no problem like that It only happened once or twice so I'm thinking that was just interference and not the unit itself. So if you're looking at this and wondering whether to get it or not just get it! You have the Amazon return policy. I don't think you'll be using that because this is a quality unit! I can't believe CONAMBO can do this at this price.

It's quite alright
It's not a bad bluetooth communication device. The sound quality is quite nice but it does have its drawbacks. I've used this for almost a year and the ear piece doesn't fit my ear in the best way and does have a tendency to fall out. No matter what fitting i use. The mic quality isn't great but it's clear enough to be coherent and intelligible. Could be better though. The noise canceling on the device itself is finicky. Sounds being received by the earpiece will try to amplify quiet noises which can lead to audio leveling issues. People talking normally will be boosted tenfold almost blowing out your ear. I've tried to see if it was my phone and messed with call audio leveling settings and straight up disabled "audio enhancements" to have the same affect. It's not pleasant. Other than that, great battery life and good inexpensive bluetooth

Checks all the boxes
As with many people, I am working from home during the pandemic and needed a good headset at a reasonable price. Wasn't willing to pay $100+ for the brand name headsets. I tested 5 different headsets before settling on this one: 3 over the ear sets w/ one headphone & 2 in-ear, including this one. The reasons I chose this Canambo unit was: 1. Multipoint Pairing - I am using this headset with my laptop (for video calls) and my mobile phone. Almost all of the headsets allowed the user to pair with two different components; however, this was the only headset that not only paired, but allows the user to transition between the two components seamlessly without having to connect and/or disconnect one to use the other. For example, if I'm listening to a Youtube video on my phone and a video call comes in from my laptop, the headset automatically mutes the YT video and takes the laptop call without me having to do this manually. I do not have the dexterity or patience to switch from one to the other when needed, so the seamless transition that this headset allows is priceless, and my single top priority for a headset. At this pricepoint, I really didn't think I would be able to benefit from this feature, let alone have it work so well. 2. Comfort - I wear this headset all day, no less than 8 hours, so whatever I chose had to be comfortable. This unit is surprisingly comfortable. Multiple sizes of ear buds were included, so I tried most and found one that worked best. Towards the end of the day, the back of my ear, where the thickest part of unit lays, is only slightly uncomfortble. I could always switch ears at that point, but it doesn't bother me enough to do so. 3. Call quality - no complaints. Not a single person has asked if I'm using a headset or complained about background noise, but disclaimer, I have only used this in an indoor office setting, so no wind or other noises are competing with this headset. One of the headsets I tested had a weird humming sound when in standby mode. This was so annoying and definitely put that unit at the bottom of the test pile for me. No humming or weird noises coming from this unit when not in use. I'm wearing it now and it's completely quiet. 4. Buttons - I love the independent on/off switch! It's so much easier than holding down a multi-function button for 3+ seconds to turn on/off like most of the units required. The buttons on the ear piece are large enough to access, but I do not use them often since I tend to reach for my mouse (laptop) and/or phone to mute or control volume. 4. Case for traveling - nice touch! The other unit I tried did not include a case. 5. Battery life is outstanding - I've used the unit on standby mode for 8+ hours with frequent calls throughout the day for 6 days straight and it's still showing 60% remaining. At this rate, I'll likely only need to charge once every couple of weeks, and it only takes a couple of hours to fully charge. Some cons: 1. Distance - I can go about 15' from the source before the headset disconnects. I was hoping for better distance than that, but it could also be a function of the bluetooth capabilities of my phone and/or laptop as well, not necessarily the headset itself. 2. No caller announcement available on this model, which I know some headsets offer. This could be inconvenient for those wanting to use this in a car. 3. It would have been nice for the charging port to be covered. Would have made for a really water-resistant unit. Not a huge deal since the port is at the bottom of the unit, so hard to get water in there while wearing I would think. The multi-point technology that this unit offers is what sold me on it at the end of the day. At less than $40, I couldn't ask for a better headset. It literally checked all the boxes. I've only had the unit for alittle over a week so cannot attest to longevity, but so far so good. Thinking of buying a spare in case this one quits on me!

Works with my Galaxy S21 No call management functions nor Bluetooth PBAP.
** Update December 2024. The newest model of this headset is USB C now. However this headset brand still falls short in call management all around. The mute doesn't work when you use confrence calling on either iPhone or Android phones. Still no talking caller ID. Microphone can break easy if in pocket and bumped. The microphone pickup can be problem matic if you have it on your ear and you reach up to put your arm above your head. People have said at that point, it stops using the main microphone but the other microphone on the headset making it hard to hear you. This could be a good brand is they fix some of the issues with it and as of now, they've not done that. Mute issue with confrence calling being the largest issue. Next the issue with the microphone switching to the secondary one and people having a hard time to hear you. Talking caller ID would be great for a totally blind person and for people driving as well if they don't have Bluetooth display in there car so they know who is calling. Oh the other models of this brand also have the same issues. I've basically used all of them. ** Initial review. I'm totally blind. I got this to see how it worked and I was hoping it had a boom microphone. That it did. Now to give someone some information about this headset that can't see at all being the discription really doesn't give an blind person any information. This headset has a part that goes into the ear and then has a part that goes up along the front of your ear and tehn over the top of your ear and then the electronics are on the back side of your ear. Now on the back of the electronics that would be towards the back of your head is all the control for the headset. At the top on the back is the off/on switch. Up is off and down is on. Below this is the volume up button. Below that is the volume down button. Then you come to a gap and then you come to the last button. This is the mute/voice command button. Between the Mute and volume down buttons is a LED. Doesn't do an blind person much use. But when you plug the headset into charge; The LED will come on. However when the headset is fully charged! The LED doesn't turn off, it just changes colors. So if you are using a light detector, you may not be able to tell the headset is done charging. The USB charging port is an Micro USB and the Micro USB is on the underside of the electronics. So this means when it is on your ear and you are standing up, the micro USB port is pointing down to your shoulder. The boom microphone comes out of the part that goes in your ear. This swings up and down. On the side of the boom microphone is a NFB button and this points away from your head. The button is on the part of whare the boom microphone joins the headset. Now when you pair this up to your phone; This will show up as K10C. The headset doesn't allow you to check battery status on the headset itself. So if the headset is in standby, it doesn't matter what button you press, you cannot find out the battery status. Now for calling stuff being I spend a lot of time on the phone. Like I said, this headset doesn't support the Bluetooth PBAP protocol. So another words, the headset will not tell you who is calling if the headset is in standby mode and a call comes in. To me, this is bad. You must turn on the call name on the phone. But at that point, it is the phone speaking the caller ID information and not the headset. Call management stuff. If you are on a call to start with and another call come in! You cannot put the first call on hold to answer the incoming call. The only thing you can do with this headset is to hang up from the first call to be able to answer the incoming call. Again, this is very bad. I want to be able to answer the incoming call and when done with that call! Press the NFB button to go back to the first call. But like I said, this doesn't support the ability to answer a incoming call and place the existing call on hold at all. Volume while on a call. The volume while on a call looks to be very good. I like that. You have a lot of volume so if you get one of those people that you can't hardly hear! You can raze the volume and maybe be able to hear them. I've found with this headset, from time to time, I have to lower the volume of some people. But to me, I like that. I would and want the ability to be able to jack up the volume if I need to. Mute button for when on a call. This headset will just tell you Mute ON or OFF when pressed while on a call. So while on a call if you press the button you hear Mute on. Then you have nothing at all to remind you that the mute is on. Again for me, this is very bad. I want to hear some type of reminder letting me know mute is still on. I would want to hear something like every 15 seconds like a beep to let me know mute is on. If you are on a call lets say for 15 minutes and then you need to say something, you may have forgotten you have mute on and then wonder why noone is responding to you. This is why a beep every 15 or so seconds would be good. But like I said, this headset doesn't do that. Battery life. As far as I can tell, the battery life is OK. Now will you get 16 hours of talk time on the headset! I would say probably not. But this depends on a lot. Like how loud you have the headset, how close you are to the phone and so on. I can get probably 8 hours or so. I'm ok with this. Now as far as putting this on your ear! I've found sliding it down from the top of your ear is the easiest way and I can most of the time do this with one hand. warrning! The headset did make my ear a little sore for the first few days until things got use to my ear and I got use to the headset. After that, I don't have an issue with it.

Depends on your needs...
Here's an honest review. First, I bought and later returned this item. For me I had a very specific need. I work from home with 5 kids doing virtual schooling. As a result, it is very loud in my house and I have a lot of calls / meetings that I have to be one. As a result, it was extremely important to find a headset that blocks out all of the noise in my house so that people on the other end do not hear much of it. Unfortunately this headset does not do a good job with it. I did multiple test with this headset along with much older bluetooth headsets that I had. I sat in one room and used Voice Recorder on my laptop and did a recording of me talking with the TV on in the adjacent room, music playing in the adjacent kitchen and two of my kids talking to each other in the TV room. I played back the recording and you can hear everything - word for word - kids talking, music and TV. I then did the identical test with a very old pair of bluetooth headset and I basically got the identical results. I saw zero improvements with this device.... Since returning it, I gave it and shelled out the money and bought the Plantroncis 5200 and did the identical test and it was amazing the difference. You could NOT hear the TV or radio. And you could barely hear my kids talking (more like screaming). HUGE difference. I guess you get what you pay for.... On that note, I will say if eliminating all of the background noise is not important to you, then these are excellent headsets. The audio quality is excellent - nice and loud. It comes in a very impressive case. I did not test the battery life, but its supposed to be really good...... Bottom line - if it is really important to block out your background noise (such as for business purposes), then this is not a good idea. Shell out the money and get a better one. If you aren't too concerned with the background noise, then this is a very good and affordable device..... Hope that helps.

My Favorite 1-ear Earphone. I own 2.
It has all of the features that I need for office or personal use. Noise cancellation is good. Sound quality is good (remember to put the boom down or people can't hear you). I use it for phone calls and for listening to Audible books. I like the case, which makes it damage-proof when traveling. I typically wear a 2-ear unit in airports and loud areas, but once I arrive I prefer 1-ear headsets so I can easily hear people at meetings and still know if a call is coming in. It's durable. I often listen to an hour of a book in bed with my wife while she watches comedy or a detective mystery, and I haven't broken the boom off yet. I put the boom up when in bed. We sleep with 2 and sometimes 3 small dogs. They won't eat the earphone if it falls out during the night, but they will eat the soft rubber ear stopper (I don't know the correct word for it). This model comes with 2 spares, which is great. Also, you can get a Ziploc bag of spares from Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01KNZG5DW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This unit is a bit more expensive than some competitors ($37 and some are as low as $22), but I use it for work daily and it's worth it for me to pay a bit more and have good quality sound. V5.0 software is a great feature that mostly extends battery life, but might also extend range a bit. It's very clear in telling you that it's on or off, and also whether it has successfully connected to your phone. Mine is typically on 16+ hours per day and I've never had a low battery warning, although I'm usually not talking or listening to books 16 hours/day. Much communication has changed to web-meetings and I use a Fifine microphone for those https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MXL3EOU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 which allows me to record PowerPoint audio + attend meetings without needing a phone connection. This earphone is also very comfortable and works in either ear. I put it in my left ear during the day because then changing volume levels doesn't slow my mouse hand and partially because of habit from the days when I also had a desk phone and needed my right ear free. I now own 3. I broke the boom off of one in bed /sigh. But, I cut off the 2 wires to the boom and it works as a non-boom unit for listening only when sleeping. There are micro-USB and USB-C versions of this. I prefer the micro-USB version for 2 reasons - I don't need 2 types of cables to travel, and my the reduce volume button on the USB-C version doesn't work so I need to open my phone. I will say that the USB-C model is probably more water resistant.
