Thinking of returning.......
We have a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. There are absolutely NO directions in the box. The lights are packaged nice and look great but all we can get right now are low and high beams. For $158 price point EVERYTHING should work and there should be clear instructions. When reaching out to Amazon for product support , they directed me to an old review from 2015 which are not the same light configuration. Hoping to hear back from the seller soon or these will be packaged up and sent back for a refund. Then we will find some true "plug and play" lights. At this point unless you have the exact same plugs and wires, we would not recommend these lights from this seller. Will update this review if anything comes of it.......

Not Exactly Compatible With Every JK Not Exactly Plug and Play
I purchased these to install on my 2017 JK Chief. As it turns out, if your JK has the factory LED headlights, you do not have everything in the box to do the install. The factory LED headlights and mounting brackets are one piece. So right there, all those YouTube videos you're seeing that show this being a 15-minute install are right out the window. To make matters worse, removing the factory LED headlights will almost certainly mean breaking tabs on the mounting bracket (also called a bucket if you're searching for info on this.) That means you're going to have no way to install the new lights or reinstall the old ones and have them usable. Which is exactly the predicament I've found myself in.I had to Prime order aftermarket LED replacement headlight brackets, and of course, those didn't work out on the first try. After installing them, the headlights were loose and would have been bouncing all over the place while driving. So I just ordered a second set from another manufacturer. I would have been ok with all of this if at any point Sunpie mentioned this is not a direct replacement for JKs equipped with LED headlights in the product description.I'm dinging another star for the claim that these are plug and play. That's kind of half true. The DRLs will not turn on unless you turn on your parking lights. They should turn on when the car is turned on, that's how DRLs are supposed to work. I'll be honest when the manufacturer was claiming that they were completely plug I was suspicious, as I didn't see any way the wiring setup would supply power to the halo with ignition, but I was hoping Sunpie knew something I didn't. This wasn't the case. At the very least, they can supply instructions for wiring this correctly so the rings come on automatically, but they haven't included that either.I'm sure I'll be happier and less irritated once I can drive my JK at night again, but I'm not there yet. I did have things to the point where I could turn them on and they look great. I did notice the halos and low beams have a slightly greenish tint to them when compared to the LED factory fog lights, but it wasn't that bad or noticeable.

No instructions, poor support.
These lights are basically plug-&-play EXCEPT on certain year model Jeep Wranglers. I have a 2016 Wrangler JK Sport, which does not have DRL's. I bought an OBDII scanner and downloaded an app to turn on the DRL's. The halos ONLY work when the lights come. I can use the parking lamps as my DRL's, but the halos run amber except in park when they turn white again. I started an online chat with the company to find out which wire goes to their halos so that I can use a fuse tap and wire splice to force them on. I have yet to hear back from the company. I'm really unhappy right now, and at this point I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Bright Lights- No Instructions
I wanted to replace the 10 year old halogen bulbs with something bright. These were rated as bright; And they are. But how do you install them? There are no instructions in the product box or on the company website. They refer you to YouTube videos which are years old and are different models than the 2020 lights. So with a mechanic on hand and an electrician it required two hours of guessing, watching videos, trying different things, and frustrations to get the hook-up write. A set of written directions and a current (2020 model) installing video are needed for this product ASAP!

Buy cheap get cheap.
The plug for the Jeep did not lock in so in order to get it to stay plugged in it had to be taped. Checked on a friends Jeep to be sure and it was the same problem. Connection was so loose that there was a flicker on the slightest of bumps. Ended up going to local Off Road supply store and paid a little more and have a headache free set up now. I would not recommend this product. Not sure they were real CREE LED, the brightness was significantly better with the store bought a lights.

Bright but I think longevity is lacking
Great brightness, love the halo switchback rings. Gives the JK an almost JL look especially with the JL hood latches on my jeep. But after about 18 months, the driver's side died so this is my second set, this time with a warranty purchased through Asurion so we will see.
