good quality oil. no untoward smell. easily absorbed by wood. good for exterior damaged wood as well as furniture. nice sheen

A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO I BOUGHT A HAND MADE 12 x 10 GARDEN SHED. OBVIOUSLY I DID NOT WANT TO START TREATING IT WITH CHEAP RUN OF THE MILL WOOD PRESERVER, ON THE FLIP SIDE I DID NOT SEE THE POINT IN PAYING £40 PLUS FOR 5litres OF DANISH OIL. I THINK THIS IS AN EXCELLENT COMPROMISE, IT IS EASY TO USE & SOAKS INTO THE PLANKING NICELY & WILLDOUBTLESS PROTECT THE WOOD FOR YEARS TO COME. BE WARNED THOUGH, YOU NEED A MASTERS DEGREE IN ENGINEERING JUST TO GET THE BLOODY LID OFF.

A bit dissapointed, the pictures show clear, it is not clear, same as normal BLO. With this will be able to spray the garden fence

Really good on un varnished wood, had sanded an item but areas where varnish was left behind stayed sticky , my fault but gotta try these things

... this will be good for the timber but might not last as long. Used on spruce garden panels after they had been up for about a year and needed retreating. Absorbed quickly, so might need two coats on softwood. On some hardwood window frames, that also get an annual treatment, I think that a single coat is all that will be necessary, but as I say, I treat external timbers annually anyway. We'll see, but I like the product and feel safe recommending it.
