Cute and high quality
Used this pan to make holiday brownies for a party at work. They were a hit. Heavy duty. Will last forever. One word of advice, if you are using a non-stick spray, use one with flour in it to protect the finish of the pan. Then use a pastry brush to get the spray in the crevices. And hand wash. You will be making holiday cakes for years to come and be able to hand this down to your grandkids

Well made, pretty, and last forever.
These-and all Nordicware-are perfection. I have so many of the baking pans, and haven't had an issue at all. Some have said they have issues with the cakes sticking-just be sure you coat them well-I use a paper towel and pour a little vegetable oil on it and wipe them with it, and have no issues at all.

This is a good quality festive baking pan.
This is a good quality cakelete pan. I used it to make gingerbread cakeletes. I prepared the pan per the directions. Cakelets released without sticking. I made the batter for a full sized gingerbread cake. I baked the batter in two separate batches. The cakeletes were just the right size for individual snacks.

Its ok
Love Nordics other molds. For me the gingerbread man row was unusable and the others I have to pry out with a fork. Doesnt seem as non stick as my other purchases? This experience is from making pizza pockets.

Heavy duty and incredible detail
These nordic ware products feel incredibly high-end. I used this mini cake baking pan and it did an amazing job and worked incredibly well. I would definitely recommend their products.

Love Nordic ware for baking ... the pan is great used them from traditional cakelets ... just one the snowflake mould need a thing brush for cleaning. T

Have many Nordic pans and love them, BUT, this one I couldn’t get the buns out, tried several different ways included suggested by manufacture.

Die Form finde ich wirklich sehr schön und auch die Verarbeitung ist wertig. Ich muss aber zugeben, dass ich es bisher noch nicht geschafft habe, die Kuchen ordentlich zu entfernen. Mir brechen sie immer und kleben in der Form. Leider habe ich bisher keine Lösung gefunden. Dadurch habe ich den Spass an der Form verloren…
