No legible instructions lead to trial and error assembly, and I started a return before I finally figured out how it goes together. I would have given it five stars for constuction if they included legible assembly instructions, but they chose to save about three cents by taking the true instruction sheet made by the manufacturer IN FULL COLOR (which you can see in one reviewer's photo, lucky him he got legible instructions) and crudely copying it in low contrast black and white, rendering every picture a wash of white on white. USELESS! I had the front on upside down until I went to the Amazon screen to carefully view all the photographs in zoom mode. Then I had the front door reversed and was sure it was right even though it would not work, so I started a return and then suddenly realized how the door should go on. I am a Registered Engineer in California, and this thing stymied me for a quarter hour, because some parts can go on in different ways, and you are left to figure out which way is correct yourself. I partially destroyed the first shoe case in assembling and disassembling it in my trial and error methode. After I figured out how it should be done, the other cases were quickly assembled and they are fine cases, but I had to force myself to give this three stars, whereas I initially only gave it one. How much could it have cost then to send the actual one page factory color instruction sheet, as opposed to an illegibly crude B/W copy?!!

I purchased these when I moved and now have a walk-in closet. I have been using them for a year now and they are holding up great. They protect your shoes from dust and dirt. They stack nicely and I love that they have a drop down door. Definitely a must have!

God forbid you push the door in - it’s a pain to pull it out. I accidentally pushed the door lid in when trying to slide it towards the wall in the closet. The only reason it was an issue is because of the carpet though. The bottom does not slide smoothly over carpet. Otherwise, it gets the job done! It does take up space, but it keeps the closet neat and organized. Highly recommended for those with the space for it and non-carpeted floors.

The X-Large were large enough for my size 13 shoes. Really good for ankle boots as the bins are tall enough -- but are, therefore, too high for regular shoes. That is a waste of space. The good thing is for lighter/low profile shoes, you can get two pairs in the bins. Also the front door is reversible, so it can open up or down as you prefer.

I’ve tried a few different brands that weren’t true to their specs, but this is spot on and my size 14 fits perfectly.

These dont fit Air Jordan 1 Highs. But they fit all of my other shoes. They look nice in the closet but pretty expensive.

Fits my shoes good and easy to put together. Kinda thin but works good for what I need them for! Got lots now and still ordering more.

First major problem: SLOT that is supposed to click to close into front cover is not manufactured to proper size. Irregular size. No#2...very flimsy & not hard enough plastic. If you wish to use these things ONCE...PERFECT, Otherwise do not purchase.
