Nice heat
I purchased a different brand that had a better flavor and not as hot. But still worked well to mix into dishes while I was preparing them. Just learned to use less.

Spice things up
I wanted to understand what chefs like Bobby Flay were talking about so I ordered this Calabrian chile to try out. It has a noticeable amount of heat (not too much) and a distinct, pleasant, slightly pickled flavor. In a nutshell, delicious! The price is a bit more than what I was expecting, but the good stuff always cost more. Still this is better quality than I can find locally, and a little goes a long way. I now add this to my pasta and it has given my pasta a great kick. I'm thinking of putting this on ice cream next, but that's just me. I love this stuff.

Fantastic
I love this paste! Spread it on sandwiches, eggs, tortillas. Calabrian chili has such a deep smoky taste. I’ll buy this as long as they make it. It’s delicious.

balanced flavor nice heat
Used it in my hot Italian Sausage recipe. It added greatly to the taste of the sausage. I definitely will buy again.
