You are getting a 45-day supply of high-quality methylated vitamins for around £9 (or even ~£6 if you catch a sale). The specs are legit. You get Methylcobalamin for B12, P-5-P for B6, R-5-P for B2, and Methylfolate instead of the cheap synthetic rubbish found in supermarket brands. This matters because your body actually absorbs these forms immediately without needing to convert them first. A quick word on dosage: take one capsule at breakfast and the second at lunch. Since B vitamins are water-soluble, your body can only absorb so much at once. If you down both together, you will literally pee the excess away. Spreading them out keeps the levels stable throughout the day. Another big plus is the safety profile. Many "high strength" brands carelessly throw in 50mg or 100mg of B6, which can cause nerve issues over time. This sits at a safe, sensible 10mg. Just ignore the "Plus" claims on the front label; the added Choline and Inositol are dosed so low (20mg) they are pure marketing fluff with no real functional benefit. The capsules have that characteristic strong vitamin smell when you open the bottle, but they are tasteless to swallow thanks to the shell.
