How do I get the plastic residue off of clothes?

I have never had plastic residue. I always put the pac in hot water and dissolve the pac when i see the suds i put in the clothes . Have you tried rewashing without soap. ? Id call the manufacturer. So sorry that happened to you.

Are these filled with a clear liquid? Or is it yellowish?

All Mighty Pacs Free Clear for Sensitive Skin are clear, however they can yellow over time. They are still safe to use.
