Quality maple syrup—not too thick or thin—that tastes divine. If you need maple syrup without access to a fridge, this is the way to go. While the initial cost is higher, it is definitely offset by the convenience for occasional users. Also, the packets are shaped like little maple syrup bottles, which makes them totally adorable!

Syrup tastes great and is liquid enough to drink, better than glue like gels. Package design is also nice in that the tear off tab stays attached so no litter, or sticky piece in your pocket!

These have been my go to fuel for long runs for a while now. Easy to digest, tastes great and provides a super boost of energy when I need them!

I experienced this running fuel at Grandma’s marathon in Duluth. It is quick pure energy with Great taste!!! So I bought a box for energy for my next marathon training. Still love the taste and the energy but HATE the opening. Of all the different types of fuel packages I have used, this has been by far the most difficult opening to open. It specifically made in marketed for energy while running yet nearly impossible to do with sweaty fingers. My reduction of two stars is solely because of the challenging opening. That matters. In fact, that’s just as important as it working as a fuel.

I find these incredibly helpful in so many ways. I deal with low blood sugar from time to time and find these to be incredibly helpful at boosting my blood sugar. I also love how clean the ingredients are

I like using maple syrup on long runs but have used a rival brand in the past. Tearing the top and consuming this one w/o getting my hands sticky during a run seems to take more practice. And the design of this one's package is slightly bulkier: the "handle" is cute but when fitting more than one into pockets for a long run every bit of space counts.

These are my new favorite thing to eat when I'm running long distance.
