Tells the entire story.Very short version .Appropriate for children and or seniors who can't sit that long.We used it at a separate table for the kids while the adults did the regular one. It was a hit! Perfect for a shorter seder. Review: Great for the kids and non-Jewish guests - When it comes to Haggadah, there are some people who will say if a Seder isn't hours long, it's not a true Seder. This 30 minute Haggadah is more or less in theory 30 minutes if you speed run talking and ask no questions. If you are here to slander it being 30 minutes, there are much better things to do with your time. I wish you well. It covers key points and works great for if you have lots of children. Let's be honest with ourselves...having younger children can make it a challenge to keep the attention of everyone focused. Some more ambitious family Haggadah are not for toddlers. If you feel like you need more...one can add more songs, questions, and parts separately, but know that all parts of the Seder are covered in this Haggadah with brevity and tradition as it says. I have used traditional and more reform Haggadah in the past. I have no complaints with the 30 minute Seder. It's a handy tool and reference for when you are entertaining the story of Pesach for those new and young.

30 minute seder wasn't 30 minutes!
We liked using the 30 minute seder Haggudah this year - we found it easy to read and understand and it still included the main thrust of the holiday and its significance without sacrificing alot of the meaning, however shorter. I like that you included the songs and would prefer more songs included. The only thing we had a problem with was the interpretation of the parting of the red sea which the English text you included aludes to happening because of wind. I've never heard that before - the parting of the red sea happened as an out and out miracle! Thanks - it didn't take 30 minutes, maybe because of our own reading and interruptions, but....it was a good improvement on the longer service.

Good option!
Great for getting the Seder over in 30 min, it has all of the essentials!

Fulfills the commandment in a fun way!
Wonderful adaptation. Not sure the Orthodox would concur, but I find it certainly fulfills the literal first commandment to retell the story of the Exodus. And in a fun, easy to follow way, too! My only critique would be if reprinting, please include the Hebrew for Dayenu. I and most folks I know have no idea what to do with it in English!

Great guide, but sold me a tattered one
The Haggadah itself is great, perfect for our household in terms of content, but I am disappointed that I ordered two copies and one arrived looking like it had been dragged down the road. The other copy is pristine, but this one is badly scuffed and torn. My husband swears he doesn’t mind and wants to keep that one as his copy, but I wish we hadn’t been charged full price for an item that clearly wasn’t new or in good condition. Very strange!

Lovely short version of Seder (which we managed to shorten even more:), very good for not religious families with young and inpatient kids.

I purchased copies of the "30 Minute Seder" because traditional the Haggadah Seder service is too long for my grandchildren. While this version contains all the important parts of the Seder, we were disappointed to find that this Haggadah has very little Hebrew and opens as an English book does, rather than in the format of a Hebrew text; this in particular is disappointing.
