I use this machine for 4 years now. I bought it for my two sisters. It works very well. In two years i used it almost every month. And when i got pregnant now i didn’t use it for 1 year but my body is clean. I love and highly recommend it also it is in good price.

I was a little skeptical about this product at first. But I purposefully waited until my third session to write this review.I have type IV afrolatino skin. Black hair. Use level 3. Didn't see any significant changes the first week. Second week my hairs sttegrowing out pretty thick and rough. But afer the third week the miracle began! My leg hairs are barely growing, i dont even have to shave between sessions anymore. My under arm's are thinner and growing very slowly.It is a little painful, but tolerable becausof the ice feature. Just make shure to dry area well.I use coconut oil after my sessions since my skin tends to be very dry.I also used the skin rejuvenation lens, anfor now my skin is lightly peeling of, leaving lighter firm and clean looking skin.I am satisfied for now. Hoping it lasts a long time.

I've read quite a bit of reviews and decided to buy this. It sounded like working well for some but takes long time to see the result. That's exactly it.I used for 2 months so far every 5 days apart on my private area.It finally started to reduce a bit gradually yet no dramatic reduction. Good thing this doesn't need to replace cartilage. So I guess I will be a friend with this device for a while. LolAbout the pain, maybe cause I use this for my hooha area, my skin is a bit darker than my rest of body with thick very dark hair. It hurts so bad (I use full strength). So I apply numbing cream before use, it helps a bit.Another downside will be it's hard to reach some area on my private part, I am not a flexible lady, so had hard time. If you are a yoggy gru, you wouldn't have much issue. 😂Recommend it or not? I will recommend if you don't wanna show your private part to others other than your partner or husband.

I love unlimited flashes. The product is not cordless which is fine. Just wish it was a little longer. The device is a little bulky for crevices. The machine has a fan to prevent overheating. The ice tip is a nice feature but not needed as the highest level is not painful. I like the auto flash so you don't have to hit the button each time. I found as you laser the machine will adjust the level of intensity. Requires patience because the machine will time out for about 3 minutes then you can resume. Best to do in sections. Difficult to complete all at once. Not sure if the machine does this to keep the ice tip cold or to prevent overheating? This beats paying the price for laser hair removal that I've done in the past. Wish the intensity was stronger for the price paid. But you will smell mild hair burning. Shave before using.

I just received this and used in just once so far, so I will have to come back and update after the full 3 months. I got this mainly because I get facial hair on/under my chin and neck area.... just what we women love, haha, j/k. It's so annoying. I was using Veet/Nair type of cream, once a week, for years when out of the blue I got a skin reaction/burn from using it, and I don't love the idea of putting chemicals on my skin for 10 minutes every single week times x number of years. So I started looking for alternatives. I used one of those Finishing Touches devices, but it didn't really work as well as the cream, and it sort of hurt/pulled. Came across this and thought, if this works, I'll be so happy!I used it for the first time today. I wasn't sure if I should start out on my neck or if it would be more sensitive (I'm a wuss). So I first tried in on a section of my lower leg. I had it on level 1 and the cool function I think was on (how it turned on automatically). On my legs, I really didn't feel a thing. It's so easy! So then I tried a few zaps to my chin/neck (I think I did about 4 or 5). On the neck/chin, I did feel just a bit of intense heat but it's just for a split second and I smelled the burn hair smell (which they mention is normal). So I'm going to wait a day and make sure I have no adverse reactions before I do my legs more (got to be even, lol) and continue with my chin/neck. I'm overall quite impressed. Oh, and besides how it functions, it's such a pretty Tiffany blue color! :)

I received this at the end of March. It worked, and it seemed to help, or at least slowed down the hair growth. It said they have unlimited flashes. Last week as I was using this device I got the error message that I had used 134 flashes of the 134 flashes I had. Because they are in China I can't even send them a email. If you look at their website they don't even have contact information on that site. Amazon should display the owners manual to look at prior to buying. They would at least show you the contact number is listed as a number in China, the email address is in China. I have had 3 problems with electronics I have purchased on Amazon. Those Companies are all based in China.This review also goes against Amazon. Why will they not display the company information so you know you are buying a foreign product that won't honor the 2 year guarantee. When I finally gave up on trying to contact the company and contacted Amazon I was told I could send it back but I need to pay a $50 restocking fee. Restocking fee? It is garbage.Buyer beware, Amazon's site shows this product is now unavailable. But they will soon have one to ship to someone.All the Amazon rep would tell me is you need to contact Deess. I probably told her 20 times that I can't contact that company.I will in the future never buy any type of electronics, or garden equipment off Amazon. It is not worth it.
