Makes the best brownies
Exactly what I was looking for to make brownies. The updated packaging does not have the single bowl brownie recipe on it anymore but you can find it online. Best chocolate to buy to make chocolate icing or brownies!! If you use old recipes make sure to go by ounces, not squares. Very hard unsweetened chocolate squares that is best used for melting. Difficult to cut because it is naturally hard so be careful. I swear by this brand!

My kitchen basic
Classic rich chocolate for baking, frosting, sauces, and results are superb. Have bought many bars if this chocolate. Keeps amazingly well. Smooth easy melting.

Really great unsweetened chocolate. I love the one bowl brownie recipe. I make them alot for parties, get well visits, the police & fire dept.

Excellent quality pure chocolate
Truly excellent and pure chocolate. I didn’t use it for baking but for snacking by dipping into some caramel. This chocolate is perfect because it doesn’t contain the emulsifiers, sugars and flavorings of others. The smooth texture is ideal. My only criticism is that the individual pieces don’t always break off cleanly from the larger bar. This doesn’t matter for me, but could be mildly frustrating if used for baking.

This is my staple chocolate for baking brand. Predictable melting point, easy to snap and break squares, same great chocolate flavor, texture and sugar content time after time! Get me some of those health benefits with chocolate flavanoids!

El producto llegó en mal estado pese a que la fecha de caducidad es correcta. Se hace polvo y tiene un color opaco y claro, aunque el centro es del color que debe de ser, como cuando el chocolate se hace viejo. Quizá es que no se ha almacenado correctamente, pero tuve que tirarlo a la basura.
