Best pillow I have ever own. This is my second one purchased. The pillow is very versatile to be what you need. Firm or soft as needed by how you use. Great design, great materials and construction. Very cooling. Very comfortable. Quality that lasts a long time. Excellent value.

It doesn’t lie when it says it keeps you cool. One side is a softer pillow and the other side is a little bit more firm but that’s where the cooling pad is. My daughter bought this pillow and I borrowed it one night. I immediately had to have it because of the coolness factor. I get very Hot at night and can flip it over and immediately cool my neck down. Totally worth the money and I don’t say that lightly. Especially nowadays!

The pillow itself is awesomely comfortable. However, this one reeks of a musky/moldy scent that I can’t get rid of. I’ve aired it for almost 10 days now. For the price point, it should arrive in perfect ready to use condition. I have two of these pillows that I bought 5 years ago from a different retailer, no issues with smell. I have contacted the seller, waiting to hear their answer. If it is favorable, I’ll update my review. Before I opened mine to use, I ordered another one for my husband which arrives Friday, I’m now concerned about it smelling too. Update: Seller says it isn’t defective. (Moldy smell is defective). They want me to pay over $14 to ship it back. Not fair considering the pillow arrived to me in unusable condition. I’m trying different ways to get rid of the odor. Just airing isn’t working. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this seller, they do not stand behind what they sell. Very disappointed.

I ordered this product and never received it. I don't blame the seller for this issue, and Amazon support was able to help me resolve the issue. I will say my parents ordered some of these pillows, and they are the most comfortable pillows EVER. they're so soft and fluffy, but firm enough to wear you don't sink at all. They provide enough height for a side sleeper, and when the insert is removed it's so comfortable to lay on my stomach. The cooling side is COLD! It never gets warm!!! My son got sick and used this pillow, he said it felt so good on his feverish head. 5/5 I'd recommend for comfort/quality! 4/5 for loss of package, and cost.

I have been looking for the perfect pillow for years. With this one, my sleep is incredibly better. One side is "warm" - the down side, and the other is "cool". So, winter on one side and summer on the other. As a side sleeper, it is plenty firm for me as I need head support. It takes the pressure off of my neck and I don't wake up with any soreness in my neck or shoulders. I am 6'2" and 220 pounds, never sleep on my back or stomach. The bonus with the pillow is the additional pillow inside, which I don't need for added fluff, but it makes a perfect travel pillow!

We love our pillows for the first month. They were comfortable, even the best ones we have had in a long time. Second month, they are hard and flat, not cooling anymore. Too much money for this kind of pillow. Very disappointed.

Oh my goodness this pillow!! I was on the search for a super comfortable pillow that was crazy expensive, well it was still expensive but it is totally worth it. It is so soft and comfy on the blocked pillow side and so cool on the gel side. I love that it is double sided. The fluffy side is my favorite! It is a good heavy pillow so it does not move around on you when you're sleeping. I've never spent this much money on a pillow, but I've also never had one this comfortable for a side sleeper. I definitely recommend if you are willing to pay a little extra for a nice pillow
