Sweet Tooth Dreams
Having seen some of the previous ratings, I was a bit hesitant to make this purchase. Much to my delight I have as yet to find a single black licorice piece. Very nice size bag for the money and the candy itself is easy to chew. I wouldn't hesitate to tell someone to buy.

Best Taste
Usually when you get taffy it is a very muted taste to no taste, BUT this was actually very very flavorful. From opening the bag you get a sweet smell and it carries over into the taste. I was very pleased with this taffy and will be ordering more. Thank you!

Be warned .... Extremely More-ish! !
These were bought to send to some friends in a social group (with many of us scattered all across the US) .... as part of a 4th of July "swap". hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!! Between my hubby and I, dipping in and having "just one" (yeah - right) - we demolished the ENTIRE package before I had a chance to send them to my friends! I have "buyer's remorse" .... these are too good to resist! Can I say "oink, oink-y, oink oink" ?????

Old, stale and rock hard
Product is not fresh. Crumbles into many pieces when opening which falls all over the place. Unfortunately non returnable so into the trash it must go.

Great but melted
These are awesome. I got them at our local grocery stores around the 4th of July until they sold out so I ordered from Amazon. Only problem was it was July so taffy on a hot truck did not arrive in very good condition. 🥵

Messy and partly unusable
Of the three pounds in the package, over a pound were unusable due to being only partly wrapped or covered with sticky taffy on the outside and stuck to other pieces. Very typical case of you get what you pay for … in this case, don’t purchase the least expensive per pound, as you lose 33%, making the per pound cost high for only okay tasting taffy.

Leaves much to be desired
I was quite disappointed with this assortment of taffy. I understood that being shipped it would have crushed wrappers. There’s more. The fruit flavors rang pretty artificial even though the vanilla was delightful, and the bag had several “clumps” that made a couple of handfuls go straight to the trash. Finally, even the intact pieces had candy dried to sand-like crumbles outside the wrappers. It made quite a mess.

Good soft taffy
Used these in a Pinata for 4th of July. Soft taffy chews with good flavor, color and patriotic wrappers
