Super fast shipping came in about two days, great seller, 5 stars! The chair though: Had a few parts that weren't cut exactly right, so took some effort to get pieces in. Also, the chair is not the perfect fit. I needed to put another cushion to get all the benefits out of the back support and headrest, as they sit farther from the seat area; which may be because I'm a female at 5'6 and my roommate didn't have an issue as a male at 6'0ish, nor my husband at 5'9ish. Material is very nice and plush, and the chair itself is otherwise very comfortable and has a quality feel. Colors are vibrant and stitching is nice. The height adjustable arms are also perfect to get as close to the screen as needed. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing this chair; though I can't speak to durability as I haven't had it long.
