This was my 2nd time purchasing this specific brand of Bacopa. After my first purchase of Toniiq's Bacopa, I decided to investigate some more and try a different brand. Let me tell you: I tried the other brand for about a month before giving up on it (I felt absolutely no benefits) and switching back to Toniiq. Toniiq's Bacopa gives me clarity of thought, helps me concentrate better, and improves my memory within the first few days of taking it. These were the benefits I felt after my first purchase of this brand, and clearly confirmed after the 2nd purchase of the same brand. I'm definitely trusting Toniiq's Bacopa with my cognitive wellbeing. P.S. I just read all the reviews with complaints about diarrhea. Perhaps I was lucky not get any such side effects, but I do only take 1 capsule once a day after an evening meal. Hope this helps!

Ultra High Strength Bacopa byToniiq is a superior product that lives up to its description on Amazon. In the past I used Bacopa from Planetary Herbals, which had good anti-anxiety and antistress effects, but it was recently discontinued by the company. I have tried two other Bacopa products, one being a whole plant powder, and the other an encapsulated Bacopa extract from a large well known vitamin supplement company. This product is superior to both of those, and at least equal to Planetary Herbals, if not better. The way I would put it is that the effects of Toniiq's Bacopa are specific and refined in some sense. It seems to relax and untangle the thinking process that often underlies anxiety. It does it in a way that is not heavy on the body which is great if you're taking it in the daytime. As a side note, I have long experience with herbs, and with Ayurvedic herbs which include Bacopa, and on this basis can assert confidently that this is a truly excellent product. Highly recommended.

This Bacopa works. I took bacon in capsules for years, then thought I would switch to powder to be closer to nature. Quality Bacopa has a strong taste that just became tiring to put up with, so I stopped taking it. A few months later, I finally realized why I wasn't able to work the long hours as effectively, and have found that this Toniiq Bacopa has been the best balance of effectiveness, price, and availability.

I was excited to purchase Bacopa after having good experience with other brands. After one day with this brand, I had explosive diarrhea all day and even had to miss work. I can feel the mental cognitive benefits after the first two pills but the constant diarrhea is a dealbreaker. I’m glad I wasn’t the only one experiencing this since it looks like most customers who bought this recently (Feb -Apr 2024) are suffering the same side effects. Perhaps it’s a bad batch that was shipped to Amazon FC’s. Darn it! Now I have to find another Bacopa source! EDIT: the seller was very kind and helped me get a refund so I’m bumping my review up to three stars. I purchased another brand of Bacopa and didn’t have any side effects (300mg of bacomind). I’m thinking maybe this brand is just so highly concentrated it was too strong for my body to handle.

Taking this with their Lion's Mane; will add their Spermidine. Since the first time I have taken them, I felt small increase in alertness. Specifically, my pre-frontal cortex area feels like a rubber band was taken off of it. I process a lot of information for work (10 hrs.) plus study in the afternoon for my Bachelors. I can say this is helping my memory/cognitive function. From how I can focus and hold short term information longer. Like phone numbers, addresses and stuff like that. I've taken a ton of supplements out there, but this combination seems to be working for me. This is also coming from a digital drug addict (don't want to trigger those who have the same issue #NoPMO). I struggled for 12 years, 4 hrs a day of that junk...thought I would never feel alive again after I stayed in the withdrawal flatline for like 3 years. Exercise, breathwork, *nutrition, researching wellness & experimenting with every supplement that I came across. I think I'm finally hitting my stride.

I've only been using it for a few weeks, but the pills are easy to swallow and there is no flavor or aftertaste. You get quite a few pills for the price too. I think it was a great value for the money.

Bacopa takes 8-12 weeks before it starts getting to work, so if ur feeling it in 2 hours - its ur imagination. The dosage after which it makes no difference is around 800-1200 mg anything more is useless and in ayurveda it is given with pure ghee as its a carrier for the herb. This product didnt make me feel much else apart from severe diarrhea, i stopped it and pain went away. This can be a good laxative. I switched and started taking himalaya brahmi and atleast i dont have severe diarrhea. I take other Tonniq products - this is the bad apple in the barrel.

Real, quality products, caps and powders (in the recommended Ayurvedic tradition, I take powders, mostly, straight into my mouth with water, exceptions are kutki and kalmegh, two of the most effective plants, and two of the most bitter. They go into caps, kutki for liver, kalmegh for liver, respiratory, metabolic....i was impressed with Toniiq's St. john's Wort, elevated my mood beautifully for 12+ hours. I've taken Bacopa for years, helps me maintain the brain/mind of an inquisitive Einstein; theirs is outstanding. Toniiq may give Nootropic Depot a race for top nootropic dog ! Started researching biohacking, bacopa was bought to help with offsetting my brain fog. Working with the public and managing a large team, I am now finding this helps me think straight with clarity and I can articulate my points so much clearer. I haven't had the 2pm slum since taking this.

Not for me. Idk why every time I took em I felt like I was in a fog.
