Love the Receipes!
There are many recipes my wife and I can't wait to try and make together, and the coupons are all good until December 31, 2025, so there's plenty of time to use them. I was worried that they would have been expired or close to expiring, so I was happily surprised. The only issue is that this doesn't include the regular Wisconsin Cheddar and the Spinach Artichoke recipes, but I was able find those 2 official recipes by Melting Pot officially on their YT channel, so it all worked out.

Awesome cook book and super easy recipes!!
Our holiday tradition is cheese fondue for Christmas Eve. It's just something i started doing after i got married to give the holidays our own kick. This year was a little different as my fondue pot (which is a pain in the butt) with all the recipes are at our family cabin three hours away and in the snow. Since getting it on short notice wasn't going to happen i had to make some choices. Give up on our tradition after 13 years or get a new pot and buy a cookbook. Surprise, surprise, to my merry amazement, here it is!! Look no further and holy cow. Get ready to have some fun!!I did three different recipes for our fondue night, which was a little scary not to give them a test run first but i just went for it and were they ever so good. I did the traditional Swiss cheese fondue and i got the Emmantaler (sp) cheese just at Safeway.....which was one of the cheeses recommended for that recipe. It was probably the BEST fondue i've made in 13 years!! I tried the Greek Goddess dip since we were having some raw veggies as well as veggies and meat grilled on a racklette. Omitted the white onions cause i don't really eat onions and figured i'd put in the entire green onion instead of just the tops it calls for. Was still a little onion-y for me but it was still good!! We also did some chicken bites so i tried the Cilantro Lime marinade for that. SO GOOD!! Everything added some zest and really spiced up our dinner which I had never done before. It was seriously amazing and my family loved it!!

Almost 5 Stars
I just received my book today. The recipes in this book look amazing however, they are SO diverse and the book dosen't suggest anything to dip into each fondu recipe ☹️I went to meltingpot.com to see if any suggestions were there but alas, nothing. If that info was included, this book would be perfect!

Melting Pot Cookbook
I have made so many recipes in this book and all were amazing. I purchased several of these books along with a Raclette/Fondue Grill for our adult kids and myself for Christmas. In the back of the book are several coupons to the restaurant. Because the copyright is 2008, I was concerned that the coupons would be expired but they must update them because ours are good until December 31, 2025. I have only been to the restaurant a few times but this book goes way beyond the restaurants menu. We have absolutely loved every recipe we've tried so far.

I love the melting pot, but not the price. So, tried this!
The book was In very good shape despite being a tad musty. I love it. If you're expecting only fondue recipes then you need to find a fondue only cookbook. This is a Melting Pot restaurant cookbook which means it has recipes for sauces, cooking styles for meat and recipes, salad recipes, and of course plenty of cheese and chocolate fondue recipes.I almost purchased it for $35 plus tax at the restaurant last time I was in (and we take out or eat in almost every time we eat out), but they were out. I'm glad they were because I got a much better deal here.Love it!

Great recipes
There are a good deal of cheese fondue and chocolate fondue recipes in this book, along with recipes for salads, rubs or seasoning for meat. I think it is a great recipe book.

Many Melting Pot recipes
I'm not sure if I got a newer version than some (the one I received was 2018) but it was all recipes. Now, there are no recipes like "Pepper Steak Fondue" where it tells you to get xx lb of flank steak, cube it, marinate it in xxx for xxx hours, then cook in hot oil at xxxF for 3 minutes, then let cool before dipping it in either sauce x or sauce y....like a lot of other recipe books have. It's all recipes for their different cheese fondues, then the salads and dressings, the dips and marinades/rubs, the cooking liquids, and the chocolates. For example, their Green Goddess dip, the Original chocolate fondue, and the Mojo cooking broth, to name a few.One should be able to figure out the meat and veggie needed on one's own. If not, then maybe fondue at home is not for you.
