Review: Initially, there was an offer of a buy one get one free clearly on the packaging to redeem on their website and the website would not allow to redeem the offer. After contacting the company Zesty Paws 3 times by email there was never any response. I do not want the product any more anyway, but should not offer something and not respond to customers. Review: My senior chihuahua tolerates the taste when mixed in her regular food. She gets vertigo now and again. She walks better now taking it everyday. Very soft.

I have a rescue dog that we adopted as a senior. He has very, very bad arthritis as it is believed he was hit by a car during his life on the streets, and he never received care for the resulting fractures. He was on a therapy plan which included Rimadyl, and some other Rx pain management medication, and the traditional joint supplements. This summer he really started to struggle with his mobility, despite the robust medication and supplementation plan he was on. That is when I decided to try Turmeric. I wanted a supplement that was easy to feed and that wouldn't break the bank. After researching available products and reading reviews, I settled on these Bites. Within a few weeks, I could tell that my dog was feeling better. His mobility improved, and his overall demeanor changed. I could just tell he was more comfortable. He is still receiving his other medication and supplements, as this was an addition to his therapy plan and not a replacement for anything. He has been on this supplement, fed as directed 1x a day for about 6 months now and I am going to keep him on it for the rest of his life. I have recommended it to friends and family, and a few people that I work with in dog rescue that are fostering or adopting senior dogs that have problems with arthritis. Another benefit of this supplement is its anti-cancer properties. My dog is a lab/golden cross, and he has the typical lumps and bumps that the breed gets as they age. Since adding the Turmeric bites to his diet, the lumps have appeared to shrink in size and I haven't noticed any new growths. PS- when I told my vet that I had added this to his care plan, she was very impressed and told me I made a good decision. Attached is a photo of my old man. Adopt- don't shop, and adopt a senior! It will be one of the most rewarding experiences in your life.

This product is AMAZING! Turmeric to the rescue!! I have a rescue dog named Jake, who is 15, and was diagnosed with IVDD - intervertebral disc dz a few years ago. He is a typical Heinz ... jack russell/chihuahua/spaniel/whippet/Italian greyhound and probably a few others. He’s around 17 lbs and has had a sensitive stomach forever (colitis dx at 1 yr that about broke my bank trying to figure out what was wrong with him). He would get mad and snarl with ears pinned back with attempts to bite me when I would encourage him to get up from his bed to go outside. It was like he was saying “don’t touch me, I’m in pain”. The vet gave him a prescription for gabapentin for dogs (nerve pain agent) that kind of worked but not really. THEN, I was researching and decided to go with this product. I know how great turmeric is for the human body and had to try something else. It’s seriously like a miracle for my little guy. He is spry, jumping up, running in quick circles again when he gets excited (he hasn’t done this in years). He’s been taking this everyday 1/2 of a tablet for about a year. Because of his sensitive stomach he would throw up if it was too much so we had to find that balance with quantity that worked just right. I mix both Merrick and Billy and Margo hard dog food brands and use the canned Merrick pate-like texture only when I give him the turmeric each morning. He hates the turmeric taste and if I don’t mask it well he spits it out. He’s super smart but I’ve still managed to make it look appetizing in small pieces covered in yummy soft food that he loves. He too has thrown up or pooped out soft yellow-ish stool on my expensive carpet a few times when we were figuring out dosage of turmeric tablets but once we got through that he’s been a champ ever since. I even stopped giving it to him for about 7 days— literally my own case study— specifically to see if his behavior and overall well being declined without it and it totally did. Of course, I slowly introduced it back in and this is now a permanent staple in his everyday diet, for the rest of his life. No doubt this has improved his overall health and quality of life, I’m 100% certain of it. Thank you!

The chews are helping my senior Samoyed to improve getting gripping strength but to get the product is a painful process. It takes so long to get it and more surprising it delivered to my mailbox but still showing to be delivered on Amazon. I don’t like my dog’s chews sitting in the mailbox in such hot summer days. I would hope the seller change the carrier to make it perfect
