Perfect 3rd party replacement.
I ordered this to replace the keyboard on my Dell E5450. The reviews were generally good but there were a few that said there is no backlight or that the keys sit at a different height so I was worried. I need not have been. I didn't find there to be any issues at all. Backlight definitely works and the keys sit at the right height. As for the texture of the keys, it feels VERY close to an OEM from Dell. While installing, the fit was perfect in every way, from screw hole placement to the length of the cables. I am VERY happy with this product. I just installed this and this review is based on my first impressions. If longevity becomes an issue, I'll update this review.

PointStick is does not work properly.
If the PointStick, AKA nub, is important to you then, this not the keyboard you want. The PointStick is unusable. It takes a lot of pressure to move and it just barely moves. I made it as sensitive as possible using the Dell settings utility and it was still unusable. Otherwise, the keyboard works great. I have purchased two keyboards from different sellers. Both have the same issue. I suspect they are from the same manufacturer.

Keys don't come as high up as the original keyboard
The keys on this feel recessed more than the usual original keyboard which already feels really recessed in the first place. Backlight, trackpoint, and buttons work fine, but I personally find it significantly harder to type on than the original keyboard that shipped with the machine. I would recommend just buying a genuine part on ebay and putting that in instead. Edit: I think I installed this wrong. Now the height seems to be the same as the original keyboard but the texture is different

Replacement Keyboard did the job
I work in IT and had a users keyboard "suddenly" stop working. This is the one that matched his laptop specs. It's installed and works like a charm.

Not as described
The keyboard is a lot worse than the original. Also, there is no backlight even though it was advertised as having a backlight. Additionally, the product in the picture is not what I got (pointer is blue in the picture. Pointer is black on my keyboard.).

Good product with good quality. It solved my issue that some keys does not work. I used it to replace my old keyboard.
