This is a serious kitchen tool with a 1HP induction motor so it's very powerful and very quiet. The blade is from Sabatier and it makes quick business of just about anything you throw at it. It's pricey, but so is a Vitamix, or any commercial grade mixer. They are tools in the shop. I've used many food processors, I really like this Robot Coupe.

OMG!!! I love this food processor! Quality and durability. I am not a professional chef. This professional food processor is used several times a week in a home kitchen. I had used the popular line of in-home food processors for years. The problem with them is that they all died anywhere from 3 months to 2 years of age. I purchased a Robot Coupe because I wanted quality that would function for many many years. The RC has met and exceeded my expectations. This baby gets 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. Way to go RC.

We are missing the grating and cutting discs and the attachements.

be careful when cleaning. the blade is very sharp!

Works well enough however too many nooks and cranny for the food to get stuck in.

Wife loves this! Don't keep spending your money on cheap processors that only last a year. Buy one of these and it will be the only one you will need. Probably will pass it down to the next generation when we are too old to do our own cooking.
