I have a very physically taxing job and had a tremendous amount of pain in my arthritic knee. This is pretty simple to put on. Adjustable flexion and extension. I can do my job the entire shift with no pain or swelling. I used to get home and my knee would look like a basketball it was so swollen. Not anymore. I'm grateful for this. I can do the job I love with no pain.

So far so good. Pro seems to work to adjust outside of knee to unload medial part of knee with alignment adjustment. Con is they only have one siz fits all. I am tall and have long legs. Seems to provide adequate coverage. Hinge joint could be tighter.Been walking around on a sore knee for months. I fell and torqued R knee and finally sought treatment after it was not improving, MRI confirmed injury to medial ligament and meniscus. Brace helps to relive medial joint pain until surgery can be scheduled. I assume with doc approval I can wear post op. I have a custom made cti for left leg after acl reconstruction years ago. Years of sports wrecks, ski wrecks, MC wrecks both knee joints in poor condition.

This brace works as it says it does. I'm putting off the inevitable knee surgery. I'm 52 years old and work in the industrial maintenance field. The prolonged standing on concrete, constant squatting and the occasional hyper-extension of my knee has taken a toll. I am also bow-legged due to the injuries and riding motorcycles all of my life. The brace straps are easy to set up. After a few tries with the extension/flexion inserts, I found a happy medium in the support. The side adjustment was easy to set up, I just turned the screw to where I felt some pressure to the side needed. The only draw back to this brace is after 2 days of wearing, I had water blisters from where the straps wrapped around my leg. Probably from where raised rubber anti-slip strips are. I'm hoping this reaction will subside. However, the heat indices are over 100 degrees in N. Alabama and may be caused by heat and sweat.

Unfortunately, this brace didn't work for me. It was so difficult to put on because of all the velcro straps sticking together. It's of good quality and I m sure others might be able to work with it, but it was very difficult for me.

The only thing I can say about this brace is that it does reduce the pain in my knee when I walk. However, my hip and sciatic nerve don't exactly like the realignment process. It is a fully adjustable unit that is easy to use. It is worth the money but I would recommend discussing the use of it with your provider or chiropractor before purchasing.

First off, I was sent a used product with zero instructions and zero tools. So I returned the first one for exchange. I have weakness in my legs and a rotation of my lumbar spine that have led to my slightly knock-knee'd right knee becoming slightly more bent inward than left. Strengthening is the only thing that will avoid this getting worse, but I also have arthritis in my knees and ankles, so the movement necessary for strengthening is painful. Thus the search for a brace. This supposedly was for right leg, but with support only on the lateral side of the leg, there wasn't really any support for the inside.The way it is built, it seems durable, but pricey.One good feature is that you only have to adjust the velcro once, then use a release clip to put it on and take it off thereafter.This is unrelated to the product itself, but in my return, I designated that my refund should be applied to my original payment source. Instead, Amazon put it on an Amazon gift card. I do not appreciste that. I pay off my balances every month, and them putting it on an Amazon gift card gauruntees I spend my refund at Amazon. That's underhanded, so I thought I'd warn folks.

I have two bad knees so I bought one for the worse knee because at 127 dollars. That’s why. The brace went on fine. I figured out the fitting prrocess quickly. After 3 months of use I was having knee pain again so it turned out that the brace had loosened up. The machine screws that held the 3major parts had loosened up badly they are buried under the padding at the central plate. I was able to get to the screws and tighten them up. The brace had torn up a sheet of plastic that acts as a buffer between metal parts had been mangled. That’s when the real problems started. I contacted Orthomen (a Chinese company )with an office in the States. I believe in this company at this point and dropped another 130 on a brace for my other knee but I really wanted to get my faulty knee brace repaired or replaced as it loosens up constantly. I still need the brace as my job is on very uneven ground so I can’t just send it back and wait on a replacement to come. Their solution was for me the customer was to ship the brace back to them on my dime then spend 130 more on a replacement brace and they would reimburse me. It’s their faulty product and I have all the burden I explained to them that I wasn’t able to buy a third brace. They should have sent a replacement brace and a return label. Simple easy… nope. They gave instructions on where to buy the brace but not one word about how the return and more importantly the refund process was to happen it made me wonder if they were just trying to get another sale. This could have been done easily like every other reputable company would do to remedy their faulty product That’s where it stands right now. If they learn how customer service is supposed to work I will definitely update this review. Until then I’ll keep tightening the screws up in my brace.
