Strong rope, comfortable grip. Been using it for a few months regularly and no concerns re durability so far. The included carabiner is also really solid and better than the ones that came with my power tower.

Product is good, but you don't get carabin or maybe it wasn't included in my package.

ottimo prodotto qualità-prezzo, ve lo consiglio. La corda è molto lunga, ti permette di fare tricipiti senza doverla allungare con strap o corde ulteriori. L'impugnatura è molto confortevole e il materiale sembra essere duraturo, aggiornerò la recensione con il passare dei mesi di utilizzo. il moschetto è di buona qualità, resiste bene anche a sollecitazioni provenienti dallo scarico improvviso di tutto il pacco pesi.

I am not delivered 36 inch but only 27 inch. But I am not returning as the quality is good. I have again ordered for 36 inch. Please be carefull.

Quite solid. Couldn’t decide between a short or the long version so I went with the long version. I think it gives you better range of motion with tricep pull downs. I also use it for cable crunches.
