Properly designed and comfortable
Perfect replacement for my CPAP mask. Seal really well. Very comfortable to wear. If this fits your mask, it's an excellent replacement. I believe it's better than the original.

Large-sized cushion worked great
I am traveling and noticed that I forgot to pack the nasal cushions for my CPAP. Found that this vendor was the only one that delivered to Amazon Lockers near me. Only large sized cushions were available. The cushion fit my mask apparatus perfectly and worked well during the night.

I have used this product many times over my 25 years of CPAP therapy. I have always found them to fit perfectly, last quite awhile and are well worth price paid.

Restful Night
Pretty good nasal pillows that I have been using for years. Unfortunately I believe they stopped making the mask itself and I have not found anything else that was comfy.

Wisp Replacement
I previously used the Wisp mask that covers your entire nose, but apparently it has been discontinued and I'm not surprised because it wasn't that great. After doing a bunch of research and comparing options, I decided to replace my Wisp with this Nuance setup. I was somewhat apprehensive about the way it fits under your nostrils, but the soft rubber is very comfortable. I feel like I have less headgear on now thanks to this setup, and the way it attaches makes for far less air leakage. I am very glad I made the switch.

Comfortable
I love the gel nose pillows, they're so comfortable. My old nasal pillows had nothing pillow about them, they were hurting my nostrils. These are the best!
