Buy it, trust me dont wait
Works really well. Sci fi level status. I love it! It does take some getting use to and is not as easier as the old school ones but just has so many more capailities and is very good for the entry level hams. Plus its not as nearly expensive as the other two big names. Yes... i do have others. This one is compact and portable with spot on accuracy. Only downside is the open, short, and closed calibration situation..but just make sure to save that parameter profile for the band you will be measuring and you wont need to do it again. Thank you so much i will definitely buy another one.

Best Value in Ham Radio Equipment
Incredible deal. Easy to calibrate and use. Provides a graphical depiction of SWR across an entire band - a must have for all ham radio antenna experimenters. You can now easily know your SWR and Impedance not just a specific frequency but across an band. I use an antenna switch to keep it connected simplifying the tuning of my SWR when switching bands before transmitting. Numerous you tube videos showing how to use it properly. High quality build and components. Love it!

Very useful tool. Get one❗️
Great tool for tuning and so much more. There's a learning curve but don't be intimidated. Once you figure it out, it delivers as much and more info than a Rig Experty AA-35 Zoom or an MFJ 259(x). I have them as well but the Namo VNA is just more info. Smith chart is a bonus.

Pretty good for a low-end instrument
At $37, this was the cheapest NanoVNA I could find. I don’t expect it to equal the performance of larger, more expensive units, but I thought it would be a good way to get my feet wet, learn the basic operation of these instruments, and do some antenna tuning on a pair of wire dipoles I’m putting up. It did meet all my expectations.

Great piece of test equipment
Great piece of equipment. The screen is a bit small for my old eyes, but fun and worthwhile purchase. A quick learnign curve with on line information.

This is really a neat device
Dang it is small for old eyes. I have only used it in my 'shack' so cannot comment about outside visibility. I have a Diamond 5 band trap antenna and wanted to tweak the radials a tad. There is a menu print out in the box but nothing else. I had already downloaded a couple of how to documents. Both documents commented that there are several versions of the Nano so your screen may look slightly different, I played with it a couple of hours before connecting my antenna (remember to get the adapters if using the vhf 259 type connectors). It was intimidating at first but after running through a SWR set up a couple of times, it started to make sense. I had three bands to set up so used the same trace and changed the frequency range. You have to recalibrate when changing frequency so really not a big deal. You can save four traces. The recalibration is simple. Takes maybe two minutes but if you don't do it, a doubt your readings will be accurate. To me, it is well worth the cost.

Great for Ham Radio Antenna setup
Though the learning curve is a bit steep, this is a great tool for testing and setting up ham radio antennas. A good value as it is considerably less expensive than most of the antenna analyzers on the market.

Great value for a nanoVNA
The readings are not as detailed in plotting as the nanoVNA-H4, but well worth the value if you simply want to get an SWR and other antenna measurements. I used both having fun with the RF Demo Kit, and found resulting graphs between the two pretty close. I am no expert in electronics, but was impressed with this little H-version, especially for the price.

This little machine is fantastic. It does a heck of a LOT of measurements, although typically most purchasers will in all probability only use the SWR function. Pros, This doodabber does a heck of a lot. It is very comprehensive for such a dinky little package. As stated, most will be using the SWR meter function. Which it does admirably. But it also shows Smith charts, and shows a lot more that I don't yet understand fully and yet more I don't understand at all. I'm sure in time all will become clear as mud... So the colloquialism goes. Cons... Do NOT expect a manual! It comes with a list of menu functions. And if your an amateur Amateur radio enthusiast, you will likely NOT understand a single dang thing. I most certainly did not. It has a qr code to a extensive online manual which for the vast majority of the time, is well translated, but can be a little hard to follow (especially for the beginner, YouTube WILL be your friend in this). It NEEDS to be calibrated for every use. Which is a little time consuming. But worthwhile for it's utility. and you absolutely WILL NEED adapters for ANY kind of antenna plug (PL259, N type, BNC, and any other.) It is set up for SMA Type plugs. it comes with what you see which is two extensions cables, both are female to female SMA, A male/male connector and three calibration caps (OPEN, SHORT and LOAD, DO NOT LOSE THESE! they are required for calibration!) A few usb cables (C type for charging and a C to C cable). And finally a wee lil stylus and a 'guitar pick' style doodabber. These are obviously for screen interaction. Build quality: it's a sensitive lil gadget. lightweight, and a little 'plasticky'. But it's well enough made to do what it's intended to do and be robust enough. Although a degree of care should be taken when transporting it. I keep mine in it's box which has sufficed adequately thus far until I get a better option, perhaps a small pelican case. Overall: This gadget does what you will need it to do (meshtastic users, I'm looking at you!) And significantly more besides. I can certainly promise at least 75% of end user's will not utlilise its entire arsenal of tricks. It's compact and very portable. And frankly I'm a little smitten with it. One cannot help but adore a well created and executed piece of kit. especially one as delightfully complicated as this one. 10/10 will measure SWR again.

If you have a cheap NANO and are willing to go through a few hours learning curve then this is your gear. No more 300$ analyzers for me. Plenty of youtube videos how to use it.

I've only been using this for a couple of hours so far - and I'm very impressed! Once you've calibrated with the open, short & load plugs supplied, the accuracy is surprisingly good for an inexpensive meter. Even the calibration plugs return the same results as significantly more expensive ones. I've tried standard SWR measurements, Smith Chart for measuring inductance & capacitance and the TDR function for measuring the length of a piece of coax. The Velocity Ratio I used was a bit of a guess - but the result was within 10cm over 100m.

It agrees with my Rig Expert! This costs way less. Good tool for any ham.
