Outrageous rip off on chicken fat and skin
I thought this product was supposed to be rendered. It wasn't, just a big glob of fat and skin. Expensive and the shipping was outrageous. A rip off to say the least.

What I received wasn't at all what was posted. They said it was Schmaltz and it simply wasn't.

Old Fashion Flavor
It's difficult to find a good soup chicken in our area. The schmaltz added great flavor to the soup.
