JNH Lifestyles MG201RB Freedom Infrared Sauna

Bought this 2 person Sauna for my wife for Christmas. It was delivered on the date promised and there was excellent communication from the shipping company. The delivery people were careful and well prepared. It took me about 3 hours perhaps to assemble the unit. I did it solo, which was a bit of a challenge but totally doable. Now that we've had it for a few months, I have to say I've been very happy with it. Personally, I'm not a big sauna person, but my wife loves it and uses it almost every day.Pros:* The unit is very sturdy and sleek looking* The glass door, the wood, the panels everything is well constructed* The built-in light works well and is a nice touch* Assembly instructions were pretty straight forward. I really had just no problems with the assembly. It might look a bit intimidating at first when the boxes arrive, but it's not that bad.Cons:* It does take a long time to warm up but I suppose that is expected?* Really, my only complaint is the built-in speakers and input are very outdated and just seem cheap. No bluetooth, just a standard headphone input jack to the speaker and it sounds pretty chintzy and weak.

I bought the ENSI red two-person sauna, a recovered unit, not having been told it was unreturnable at the time of purchase. It came covered in sawdust and fingerprints. The speaker system doesn't work and makes a loud rattling sound. The ionizer makes a buzzing sound. The skinniness of the bench and uncentered placement of the side heaters makes it impossible to get comfortable sitting up. The unit is too small in which to lay down. If one gets any relaxation at all in the unit, it is immediately undermined by the ten loud beeps the timer makes when it shuts off. Customer service is abysmal. When I called to express my dissatisfaction the day after it was set up I was then told it was unreturnable because it was a recovered unit. When I called the second time, a couple of weeks later, I was told it was unreturnable because it was "used," even after I explained it had only been tested with clothes on and no sweating. JNH has shown itself to be a money-grubbing, non-customer-centered company. Beware.

I really love this sauna. I would give it 5 five stars for the actual finished product after put together but I did have issues with JNH not calling before delivery, which they made very clear to me that they would call. Also when I opened the box a buckle from a wall broke off. When I was putting it together the wrong screw came with the electrical box so it's not screwed into the floor. Also, the ceiling is warped or curved so it doesn't fit properly......and one of the walls didn't fit into the slot so we had to scrape some of the wood away with a screwdriver to make it fit. Other than all of those complications, the sauna actually works great and we are enjoying it every day so far.

Received sauna in great condition and installation was easy with a friend. Working great and got a good sweat in this weekend. Only issue is front door panel is mismatched colors left and right but the rest is nice. Highly recommended.

If you have ever been thinking about having a home sauna, your time has come! My wife and I considered and researched saunas online and through Amazon. JNH review and Amazon's offers were far and away the best deals going. We decided on the Freedom 2 person as best for us and we ordered it. Shipping was free and it arrived right on schedule with updates along the way. Once it arrived, its three boxes were in great condition, arriving palletized. (This is the point that we as 70 year olds, gave us pause, however everything from this point on went like clockwork.) The boxes are packed so well that we were able to slide them into the bedroom and open them up. Once I found the instructions (in box 3 of 3, in a smaller box containing the controller.) After a short study of the PICTURES (my kind of instructions) it appeared to be quite easy. It proved to be just that, easy. Only suggestion is that with the first (back) wall and installing the side wall, you need another set of hands to put the two together with BUCKLES. What a great idea! The other recommendation is when attaching the infrared panels, the last two, closest to the front and low, feed the controller connection but wait before attaching to the walls. Next slide the seat into place AND THEN attach the panels. Burn off the dust as instructed and you're ready to enjoy. In nine days we have used it six times and have nothing but good things to say about it. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!

Love it! I like this so much better than my hot tub. Very soothing & relaxing. Highly recommend the cedar.Had some issues with the product arriving damaged but Amazon quickly resolved the issue.Great product!

This unit was excellent. I actually was able to get this in the house and assemble it on my own. Not a great idea but was too anxious to use it. Unit went together perfectly and is really a well designed setup. I used it that night. No special circuit was needed, I just plugged it into the wall. It worked great. I wish I could lay down or reclined but for what it is designed to do, it worked great. Also, I have found that it heats up quickly and probably up to highest in 12 minutes or so. Very pleased. I got the cedar version as my home has a lot of natural cedar including the ceiling in the room this is located in and it really was a nice match, and added the smell I was looking for in a sauna.
