Who makes these dolls and where?

The dolls are made in Guatemala. If you go to my youtube channel I have videos of my doll makers making the dolls or google Andy making worry dolls.

are they made with wire

No wire. These dolls are made out of a fiber that comes from the base of the cattail plant. We started using this fiber in 1991 are the first ones that changed our dolls for the safety of the children.
