Great polenta!
Great polenta! Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong one as I was looking for the polenta which takes 7 minutes. This took considerably longer but it was very good quality.

Really good cornmeal!
A large bag of very good course cornmeal, ideal for making my favourite cornbread. Good value, flavour, just right!

Cornmeal is the delicious grainy stuff that you get on the bottom of a dominos pizza. This was perfect for stopping my pizza sticking to the peel, great product and best value!

Very Good For Polenta
I am originally from Romania, and we eat polenta there, and I have been looking for a good Cornmeal Coarse to help me make it and this one is the best I could ask for. It's very easy to use it and it doesn't stick. I totally recommend !

Approaching use by date on arrival
The product looks far from course and is only six weeks off its use by date at the end of July. I will put it in the food bank without opening it. Having slept on this, I think I have been too severe. My wife will share the polenta out with three neighbours and will see what they think. One and 1/2 kg of polenta is a lot to get through before August (its best before date).........My wife cooked some last night very beautifully and it tasted delicious. It did lack the roughness of a very coarse polenta however.

Makes perfect Cornbread!
Bought this especially for making cornbread in my cast iron pan. Turned out perfect! Great quality and flavour and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
